Great customer service. Roger assisted me in a very supportive manner and was very patient. Great shopping experience. They have a huge selection of appliances and love how the customers can browse and see specs of the items in the store.

The salesman Ryan Noble, answered all my question courteously and with respect for me. He listened to what I needed and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or couldn't afford! He was pleasant and professional from the beginning of our phone call till we said goodbye. I was impressed ! All sales personnel should take a page out of his book! I highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source and when I need another major appliance this is where my first phone call will be! Their prices are great and the service is wonderful! Thank you Ryan! Ravi was great and helped us with our purchase. I phoned him a few days latter and he added a power cord that we need to the order. The dishwasher arrived on time and is working perfectly.

As with so many reviews I read of Canadian Appliance Source, the purchase in store went very well, all of their salesmen were very knowledgeable and helpful. However, our delivery was a disaster - the wrong dishwasher was delivered, our new floor was scratched and the company would hardly acknowledge our concerns. E-mails went unanswered and although our salesman was sympathetic, the company is set up in such a way to make it that there is nothing they can do. His only response is to send us through after-sales care which was useless. All in all, a great selection of appliances, very good sales staff but I really couldn't recommend someone else buy their appliances here based on the after-sales support which seems to be non-existent.

Love the appliances we got however the experience of getting our appliances out to us was very frustrating. We had a very difficult time with the sales rep.... word of advise, ask questions and lots of them regarding your delivery arrangements. I understand each situation is unique but there was lots of miscommunication and lack thereof. Prices were excellent and the staff is very willing to match prices. Website is effective and user friendly as well. The star rating system here is insufficient... 5 for the company 2.5 for the sales rep

Johnny is very helpful and resourcefu even though my original target stove is a low end one, he serves us in a polite and respectful way. We told him how long we are going to use it, he gives us to make an informative decision.

i experience the worse customer service ever, they delivered damaged fridge and now I have to send email to customer service so they can do inquiry then they will exchange the fridge like it was my fault and then I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks. from sales person to customer service everyone is extremely rude. never recommend anyone to buy from there.

Carm gave excellent customer service. He addressed all my concerns quickly and efficiently. I will call him in the future for all my appliance needs. Highly recommend this store and sales associate.

I had a great experience with Ray in the Whitby store. My dryer was not available in the warehouse, he checked on it and called me back to tell me when it would be and when I could get earliest delivery. Delivery arrived within the window given and the guys bringing it were great! I paid extra to get my old taken away and new hooked up. Everything about my experience met my expectations. Love my new set!
