Great and easy service. It took me 3 calls to order, schedule delivery and installation. Prices and choice is unbeatable. And everything was on time, clearly communicated and executed. Great stuff! Very happy.

We are replacing our broken fridge with the same make and model (we did really like it), just getting the extended warranty this time. Adib was prompt to refer a 3rd party repair guy first, and set up our purchase when that did not pan out.

Purchased all new appliacnes after a home renovation from Rishi at CAS/Etobicoke. He was an excellent sales rep. He was informative but not pushy and went the extra mile when I had a few hiccups. Would recommend asking for him when shopping for new appliances!

We had great service from Johnny Wang, he was courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. Their prices beat other competitors by at least $100-$200. The delivery company they use is one of the best. The drivers were caring and efficient when they installed our washer/dryer.

Sales service for stove and dishwasher was great. Salesman (Ajay) seemed knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. Both product qualities appear to be excellent. Won't know true satisfaction until they are installed and are operating successfully.
