Shopping for our Samsung refrigerator, we had visited 3 other stores but based on Home Star's reviews of CAS I wanted to visit the store to see. Our salesman Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Alex was able to price match a less expensive quote I had got from Sears on the model I was interested in. We had narrowed our decision down between two Samsung fridges but unfortunately they did not have them on the floor to view. Alex showed us a similar model, kind of the in-between the two models in that it didn't have the in-door water dispenser. Alex was very patient, gave us time to talk in private to make our decision. We felt that he really listened to our needs to helped us realize we based on our preferences we would probably be happiest with the in-between model. I was truly impressed that he didn't try and talk us into getting the most expensive one among our selections. CAS was also able to provide the soonest delivery date than the other retailers I had looked at. The delivery was on time, efficient and they removed my previous fridge (for a fee). I liked that they email you a website that shows you gps where your truck is throughout the day to give you an estimate of when they'll arrive. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm glad I decided to make my purchase with CAS.

Great service at Canadian Appliance Source. Ravi helped me to select a washer/dryer that was better for my situation than the one I had in mind... and I am very happy with the selection. All was done over the phone and online and all contact went very smoothly, also delivery, installation and removal of my old appliance.

When I entered the store the sales reps were eager to help as soon as I had paid for my appliances my sales rep was too busy to answer any of my questions or concerns. I was in the dark when it came to delivery date and I was sent on a wild goose chase to find any one with answers, once I was directed to the correct person they were rude and not very helpful. I spent quite a bit of money on Thermador appliances and the fridge came without working lights, when I contacted Canadian Appliance they said sorry call Thermador you can find the contact information online. I will never shop there again. Their prices may be a little better than some of their competitors but you pay in the end!

Our old fridge was dying, needed a replacement asap. Johnny Wang greeted us & helped select one for immediate delivery. Mr Wang was courteous, professional & efficient. Overall, very pleased with the service at Canadian Appliance Source.

Great selection, brand new location. Ajay Chibber was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Communication via phone, regarding delivery was good and delivery was on time and as promised. Would not hesitate to recommend store and staff.

HORRIBLE customer service from Canadian Appliance Source. We had an issue with a fridge not fitting properly after bringing in exact measurements and being assured by both the salesman and delivery guys that it would fit. We would have loved to have exchanged our fridge and even paid the difference for a more expensive one. They gave us the run around and wouldn't even let us return it even though all packaging was left on and the door handles hadn't even been attached. We were told that there was nothing they could do and left multiple messages for the sales agent and their "customer service" manager. Three weeks later - we are still waiting to hear from them. Yes, the prices are good. However, you better hope you don't have a single issue because you will be left high and dry. Pay the extra $100 and go to another company!

Excellent friendly people Clean store Knowledgeable non-pushy salespeople I really like this store A really nice experience I would absolutely recommend this store. And if you cant get to the store you can call them to order as well

I had a good idea of what I wanted going in to the store and the salesman Josh was great he worked quick with me and then the day after I placed my order I realized I messed up the height of the fridge and contacted Josh and he fixed the issue by finding another fridge in the same style and price point that had the right height with no inconvenience to my delivery date.

We were impressed with David Dander's knowledge and expertise during our experience. We had to buy all our appliances for our new build and he helped immensely with the daunting prospect of negotiating the myriad of choices and options. Thank you for a job well done !!
