After completing my research regarding the purchase options surrounding a Gas Dryer; all the search criteria I entered led me back to Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa off Merivale Road. I am happy to state that I render an outstanding result in every facet in dealing with this establishment. The online information regarding the available products was accurate and informative. Upon my arrival to the establishment I was greeted by the staff and they immediately took the time to listen to my requirements and offer all available options. Summary: I highly recommend this appliance store.

Great, efficient and courteus service from Jamie Malamud (Ottawa Store). My order was rapidly completed and ready to be picked up at the Ottawa store at the indicated date and time. Also, efficient and courteous service at the warehouse and loading dock. The warehouse clerk took my order number, processed it and I was out of the warehouse within a few minutes. Very satisfied with the purchase of this product, price and overall shopping experience. Thank you !

Great service from George Moutoulas he helped me out on a Friday night past his working hours and made sure my order was completed. Warehouse pick up was great clerk took our order number (sorry didn't get her name) she processed it and we out to the warehouse in five minutes. The guys had our dishwasher at the dock in minutes and helped load it into our suv. Overall great experience and price.

We recently dealt with Josh at the Hamilton location for a TV and soundbar we were sourcing for a client. Josh went above and beyond to assist us in what we were looking for and to ensure that we were able to purchase our products in a timely manner with convenient pickup. We received great customer service and would highly recommend their services.

Recently purchased a fridge from Mississauga location. Great prices for the appliances. Not so great customer services. I do agree with the other reviewers here, some of the sales agents/CS people really lack any enthusiasm. I would strongly suggest do your own research before you walk in to the store. I found that the sales people are not so knowledgeable or have no interest to show/explain to you on various models vs features. Apparently some of them are not even clear about their own delivery policies. I contacted the store later with a question in regards to another item I was interested to buy. And yeah, no response at all. Well seems like they have no interest to keep the customers. Overall good price, and not so good customer service. Update- Went back to the store for an another purchase because of the great price. Vathsy was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Trevor at the Canadian appliance store in Ottawa was great and very knowledgeable about their products. I woke up to a broken dryer full of wet clothes one morning having to get my kids ready for school. i went online that morning after everything settled and found a few dryers to look at. I called Trevor after doing my online searched and he helped me out considerably told me the dryer i was looking at was last years model and discontinued. he got me this years model at an even better price than I was looking at paying for last years model from some of their competitors. I would recommend Trevor and his team to anyone.

I don't usually write reviews on companies but this time I had to share my HORRIBLE customer service experience with everyone so you won't make the same mistake I did by buying from this abomination of a company. The delivery guys literally broke the door of our condo off its hinges just by being sloppy during the delivery. In order to remedy the issue one of the delivery guys went back to the truck, got a drill with some screws and drilled 10 screws into the edge of our door so that we could have a temporary fix for the door. I called customer service to inform them of what happened but they literally were clueless as what to do. I spoke to 3 different reps and they all gave me the run around telling me they're looking into it and will get back to me which they never did (I was patient and gave them several days). Since customer service was so useless I asked to speak with a manager. I got put through to Scott who said this was not his area to deal with so he put me through to the logistics manager named Kash. When I spoke with Kash he was very professional at first and just basically told me to send the quote for the door and they would cover the cost. I sent the quote a few days later and within a few minutes recieved a response from Kash that the quote was recieved and our payment would be recieved in 10-15 business days. I waited almost a month and did not receive anything. Emailed and called Kash several times with no response. I tried speaking to another manager but everytime u get put through to a manager it just goes straight to a machine. I then tried speaking to another customer service rep since I had already exhausted all other options. I explained the situation and she told me she would try to get ahold of Kash to see what's going on. 5 minutes later I get an email from her that she spoke with him and he indeed did put th transaction for payment through, however I still have recieved nothing. I can't believe how pathetic the customer service is here. I wish I did my research on the company before buying from them because clearly I'm not the only person who's had issues with them. I'll continue to wait around and live in a home with a makeshift door while they keep giving me the "cheque is in the mail" excuse. No wonder they are not accredited by the BBB. Disgusting.

Hello All, Please Don't buy Elica product from Canadian Appliance Store (CAS), their customer service is really really bad. Also CAS is not helpful when dealing with Elica. Please stay away from them...

Our experience in shopping for all our major appliances was extremely satisfying. Our sales rep Dave Thomas was very helpful with his knowledge of the appliances we purchased. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to purchase appliances. Great selection.
