I ordered a GE Cafe CDT865SSJSS dishwasher on March 4th 2017. Delivery was rescheduled twice by merchant. Upon arrival I installed it (same day) and it sounded a leak alarm and stopped washing. Looking under the machine the leak tray was full. I could see 2 drops / second dripping from the elbow in the picture below. I filled in a return form and sent it off. I was then told to call GE's repair line for them to determine whether it should be fixed or returned. In Quebec, by law, a return can be made within 10 days. The repair guy was a bit rough around the edges... He left the machine in a mess stating that he needed to order a part. That was last week. This week (April 2nd) we still have not heard anything from Canadian Appliance Source or GE. Today there was a puddle of water under the machine. The repair man seemed to leave the think leaking... I hope this helps other prospective buyers make an informed decision.

After much searching for another quality Panasonic microwave we saw the model we were interested in, online at an extremely decent price. We checked it out. Mathieu was our sales person, very knowledgeable and not aggressive, made our experience fast and profitable for us. Our model while not in store could be gotten in a few days. No problem. But while there my wife spotted a far more expensive all in one microwave. Far superior to what we were looking for. Mathieu explained the features and after leaving us to think without any pressure from here we purchased it and picked it up the following Friday. Again upon pick-up the experience was pleasant and fast. Mathieu was excellent and the atmosphere at the store was very friendly and pleasant. Very aggressive pricing and very good value. Highly recommend this operation. The microwave is amazing by the way.

I found the dishwasher I wanted, Canadian Appliance had the best price, I called and talked to Ravi and he within 10 minutes I had the dishwasher ordered, and delivered in 2 days. It came with hoses and clamps and separate electrical box for an easy and quality installation. 44db noise level, now my wall oven is much louder then the dishwasher. I have to stand close to the machine to see if it is actually on - Service, Price, & Product, CA is second to none.

Going bout buying a new dishwasher was more than usually stressful because my husband has been seriously ill since Dec. My son came from Montreal to help sort out some things for us, including looking for a new dishwasher. The old one gave up the ghost at Christmas. He picked out Canadian Appliance and went with me to shop. We were very pleased by the sevice from beginning to end, i.e, including the installation. Scott was helpful, answered questions, but was not pushy or aggressive. He gave us time to think. I had put off the purchase because i was feeling so pushed by other life events. The price was excellent and the installation was inbelieveably smooth, fast and courteous. We are very happy about the operation of the new dishwasher. The whole expereince left us with a nice "taste in our mouths". Thank you. We would come there again. Glen Lawson

Great experience with CA on Dufflaw. Purchased a fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer from Joseph Maghsoudi on the sales team. He was particularly patient through a million different requests, changes, etc, and helped us get our products at a great price and delivered quickly. Also incredibly responsive through a number of email exchanges (even responding within a few minutes late at night on a couple of occasions - though unnecessary!) So happy with the experience and would recommend CA and Joseph in particular to anyone.

Just before Christmas 2016 thought it was time to replace 30-year old machines that were rusting out, before holiday visitors arrived! Researched products by subscribing to Consumer Reports online for a couple of months, and decided on Maytag model MHW550FW front load washer and YMED550FW dryer. Found Canadian Appliance Source on the web, offering machines for the same price as a sale price at a major big box store. Since I had never heard of CAS, thought it would be a good idea to check out their Ottawa (Nepean) store. Went in and was vey impressed with the selection of machines available for viewing. I was immediately assisted by Morgan Sutherland, who answered all questions including how manufacturers improved their front loading washers to address the mould issues that some machines had a few years back. Called Morgan back a few days later to order machines. CAS process was perfect: everything by email or automated calls including follow-ups re delivery scheduling, including a call just hours before delivery to say machines were on their way. And after 3 months, we are delighted with the Maytags.
