I purchased a gas range with the assistance of Trevor Payer at the Ottawa Location. He did not pressure us at all into buying anything. He gave us the statics on the appliance and we went home and thought about it before we made the decision. This is the type of service that I like. went to CAS only to check the showroom,for washing machines. We did not intend to make a purchase at that time. However when we spoke to Mr. Joseph Maghsoudi,sales associate,he answered all our concerns ,questions and even offered additional important information. He was very informative . At that point we resolved to purchase this unit. The scheduling of the delivery was very well organized and we received the unit as scheduled.
