Scott Rogers assisted us with purchase of new dishwasher. He was efficient and knowledgeable about products, features and price. Showroom is large with a lot of appliances on display so easy to see the features as they were discussed. We were happy with the service and price offered. Thank you.

I drove 200km to shop at Canadian Appliances and I have no regrets. Would not dream of shopping anywhere else for appliances. We are going to renovate our kitchen in May 2017, and has ordered all the kitchen appliances from CAS. Our sales rep is Ajay Chibber. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He provides us with constructive suggestions and good advice. We are very satisfied with his professional service. We will recommend him and CAS to our relatives and friends.

I was highly disappointed in our experience. we purchased a freezer for our parents for Christmas. Originally told 7-10 days. Took 4.5 weeks. was assured of a delivery date and then when I called "freezer is on the truck, but the truck is late" so I arrange to have someone pick it up next day. NOT THERE. Can never reach my sales rep. And no one had the same story. when I expressed my disappointment, I was offered nothing except false promises to look into what went wrong. Heard nothing. will not by here again.

My husband and I are renovating a home from top to bottom and we purchased all of our appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer + dryer from Canadian Appliance. We got the best prices for top brands and new models. We also had a very positive costumer service experience at the store - our sales rep Natalie Rotem was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire experience. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Canadian Appliance Source is easy to find in Mississauga's Heartland Centre, just don't go there on Saturday's, they are not open. It is busy on Sunday's but has knowledgeable staff, be prepared to wait for a bit however you will get someone who knows what they are talking about when you do. I dealt with Gladwyn Mackinnon. Very professional and polite. We were specifically interested in a Samsung gas stove. Gladwyn found the model we were looking for. Canadian Appliance Source's price was excellent. Now for the not so good stuff..... We ordered our stove at the end of October, and it was not finally delivered until mid December. Originally we were told it was in stock, but then discovered when we attempted to arrange for installation that it was backordered. Instead of having Canadian Appliance Source contacting me when the stove would be available, we had to chase Gladwyn first by email, then by visiting the store (twice). The second followup visit resulted in another promise of a Samsung delivery shortly (and a $100 discount as compensation for our long delay). I was told that the problem was with Samsung's delivery. I drove to the Heartland Centre Home Depot, checked on their availability for the exact same model of Samsung Gas Stove. They had it in stock and were willing to commit to a delivery within 5 days. The price would have been $400 more. I presented Canadian Appliance Source with a choice: delivery date of the stove by a specific deadline or I would cancel the order. Gladwyn followed up by the deadline and the stove was (finally) delivered. Go in with your eyes open. They have knowledgeable staff who are professional. Their prices are the best. They don't however follow up at all well, nor do they appear to have product in stock. If your product is backordered, it can be a considerable period of time before you get it. If you are on a deadline for your appliance, the extra cost of dealing with another vendor may be worth your piece of mind that you will actually get your product at a time convenient to you. I will think long and hard about giving them my business again in the future. While I want a good deal, I'm not prepared to recommend them, nor trust them to deliver within a reasonable period of time.

We purchased all of our appliances for our new kitchen with Scott Rogers at the Hamilton store. He was excellent to deal with, very knowledgable and made the purchase seamless and easy, as well as amazing pricing. We highly recommend him to anyone. We will review again after our delivery in a few months.

We have found Canadian Appliances to be the most cost effective retailer of any in the GTA for appliances, and in the most recent case, purchased a Samsung fridge which was $500 cheaper than 4 other stores we visited. Further, I highly recommend their sales consultant George Moutoulas as he was responsive and gave us a no nonsense quote. No haggling was necessary given how good the price was, and in view of our time constraint in replacing the fridge, it was very much appreciated. A year previous, we had also bought a Samsung washer and again, Canadian Appliances had the best price.
