I own a design firm in Ottawa and I've been dealing with Mathieu for years now he is so knowledgeable and helpful. Every time my clients need new appliances I send them to go see him always a great service and the best price in the city

We had bought an apt size washer/dryer in the summer but did not need delivery until Nov.-Dec. Meanwhile we saw this item was price reduced twice. Both times, our salesman Mark Yakut at Ronson location was able to do price match. we appreciated his efforts.

I shopped around for a long time to get an idea of what appliances should cost as I have purchased my first home and am getting major renovations done. I was recommend to talk to Alex Polak and it was probably 15 mins in and out and my order had been processed. I had an idea of what I should be paying and Alex was able to provide pricing seemingly unattainable by anyone else I had talked to. In addition he said if I found anything cheaper, he would price match. I took that as a challenge. I tried for a few days but I couldn't even get close! Alex made the whole thing easy, affordable, and stress free.

The store has very nice and amicable staff. Good products at better prices. It is worth going into the showroom but calling was super easy and efficient. Parking isn't great in the stripmall. Morgan made us feel like long term clients not just drive though costumers.

My husband and I needed all new appliances. We told Jamie Malamud exactly what we were looking for. He showed us options and guided us to the best values. There was no pressure at all and he made the experience fun, rather than stressful. We paid less than we thought we would have to and we're very grateful for Jamie's easygoing expertise. Stopped in on A very busy day - Black Friday. I was with my young son and was immediately greeted and taken care of by Louis Samonas - he was very professional and knowledgeable and was great with my child. No high pressure tactics but very efficient service. I wasn't prepared to seal the deal on the spot as I wanted to confirm our selections for a new wall oven and induction cooktop with my wife. Prices were better than anywhere - I did have to finalize by end of business (7pm) to get the Black Friday deals. I called back to firm up at about 6:30, Louis answered and said he was with a client but would call me back. Well 7pm (closing time) came and went, so did 7:30..... I was a bit concerned.... but at 7:40pm Louis called back as promised 40 minutes after close. He was awesome - I was so happy with the service and prices that I bought a Bosch dishwasher, a Panasonic microwave and trim kit over the phone in addition to the GE Cafe wall oven and Induction cooktop. Within minutes of hanging up I had a confirmation email with the details of my transaction. And a day later he sent me all the PDF spec sheets with all the installation requirements my kitchen designer would need to finalize our cabinet order. Absolutely superb service!! We were looking for a dishewasher. Trevor answered all of our questions and gave us great options. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Trevor is very efficient and friendly.

Went to Toronto showroom for a Gas cooktop but ended up buying wall oven and dishwasher too after being helped by the Sales rep Ravi. No pressure and great patience for answering endless questions by my wife. Next day had to call for exchange with a different model cooktop . Hassle free exchange over the phone as promised .Great company.

George was our sales rep, he is nice and patient. I came to purchase a whole set of appliances for the new home, after talking with George, I decided what I want, and he was there calculating the best price for me. great guy to do business with.
