    Kitchen hood

    Dan provided us great service on Sunday of Black Friday week-end. He was available, patient and relaxed. He answered our questions and gave us the kitchen hood's specs to ensure its fit in our kitchen. He also mentionned the longer warranty without pushing. A great gentleman.

    New Appliance Package

    Mark at the Ronson location helped us put together an appliance package for our kitchen reno and gave us some suggestions that worked within our budget. Mark worked very quickly, and we feel like he was able to offer the best possible price in comparison to other suppliers.

    Do not trust delivery

    I bought a dishwasher using the online site and phone call to order. I received a very efficient service during the sale process. The problem came with the delivery that was outsourced to an unreliable 3rd party. You are expected to be home during a 4 hour-window. I took the afternoon off, drove home, waited for the delivery but instead received a call that the delivery was cancelled due to a truck issue. I am now expected to take another afternoon off as the delivery company will not deliver in the evening. When I suggested that my delivery fee be waved off, the delivery company referred me back to Canadian Appliance. Canadian Appliance said "so sorry, but no refund, you need to take another day off" ... this is without any guarantee that the later delivery will take place. My suggestion: avoid appliance companies that outsource the responsibility of delivery if you can. Now I cross my fingers that the dishwasher will not be damaged during delivery ;-(

    Kicthen reno

    I have never been to candian appliance source before and was really impressed with the service i got. I was approached by josh and at first i was ready to say just looking around as ive been to other places and i know what sales is about. But i wqs surprised when i wasnt followed around or pressured to by a certain brand. Josh knew what he was talking about and helped me pick out a samsung fridge and i am really glad i came here! Thanks again i will definitely be back!

    Kitchen stove

    I purchased a kitchenaid appliance which was defective when delivered as well as missing the wireless meat probe which came with the appliance. I contacted the salesperson and was told that a service call would be placed - the outcome was that they were going to replace the glass cook surface where all the electronics would be reconnected. I was not happy with this solution and was told to contact Whirlpool myself as I would have a better chance of getting a replacement. After many phones calls to the company, I was able to obtain a full replacement which won't be delivered until January. However, I feel that I was left out to dry by CAS. I felt that they should stand by their products and it shouldn't be up to the customer to fight for what they have paid for - a fully functioning appliance right out the box. I will defintely not be dealing with CAS or even recommending them to anyone.

    Washer dryer

    I ordered a washer and dryer in september, was told by the salesperson since its a gas dryer it'll be delivered in 2 weeks. 2 weeks had gone by and nothing came, 3rd week passed, 4th week passed nothing came so i've waited more than one month for nothing. And in those weeks i've tried to follow up the status and was always told its coming the following week so fifth week ive had enough since i was informed, when i called their customer service again to follow up, that the item is in back order and will be available in november. So i demanded a refund, at first they would not want to refund the 25% but i was like its not my fault and its not fair that i paid the right amount and my stuff were not delivered at the time it was originally promised would arrive. So i demanded to talked to manager, thats the only time the customer service agent explained my situation to her manager since when she got back on the line she told me they are gonna refund the 100% then. Terrible customer service line, seems like they are not happy with their job. Anyway, after almost 2 months, i got my refund, i should have even charged them with the interests incurred in my credit card.

    Kitchen Appliances, Washer/Dryer, TV

    My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Torres at the CAS Etobicoke location and he made us feel comfortable and confident with our selection and purchase of 10 items. We look forward to receiving our appliances early in the new year and will definitely recommend Daniel and CAS to any of our family friends. Great work Daniel and thank your for the great deal!     Major appliance purchase

    My family and I stopped by at Canadian Appliance Center in Ottawa after our son's soccer game at the RA Center nearby; Alex Polak met us as we walked in and provided excellent service - very knowledgeable and helpful but with no pressure; some follow-up dialogue via email was also quick & helpful. Delivery is this weekend, hopefully the hardware turns out to be as good as the service!

    Appliances for new homes
