They seem to know their stuff and spend a lot of time with you without feeling pressured. I have found their prices being the most competitive. I do not hesitate in recommending Jamie and Canadian Appliance Source for your next purchase.

Our dishwasher died - so we were in a hurry to replace. George was great and walked us through our options without being pushy. He made it easy and was efficient. Would come back.

Purchased washing machine with pedestal, delivery, and appliance removal. Followed all instructions and disconnected existing appliance and moved it to an accessible location. Delivery guys show up and are surprised that washing machine is on a pedestal. Then state it is too heavy to move and they will need a four man team to remove it. They tell me to reschedule pick-up and then ask me to sign release without asking me to inspect the machine they just delivered. Had to write on it that they didn't remove the appliance. Called CSA to reschedule a pick-up and am informed that I need to pay another delivery charge. Also informed that delivery company has indicated that the machine is on a pedestal and is filled with water. I explain that there are no instructions for the customer to remove it from the pedestal and that the appliance is 40Kg lighter than the one they just delivered, and there is no water in it. Customer service tells me that there is nothing they can do. A voice mail to the customer service manager received no response. Epilogue: I removed the pedestal myself in 10 minutes (it would have taken 5 minutes with the help of someone). No water what-so-ever came out of the machine when I tipped it over. I called a free appliance removal service and two guys (not four) showed up and had no problem getting it out of the basement and on to their truck. For fabricating that the appliance was too heavy to move when it was lighter than the one they delivered, for not informing the customer to remove the pedestal beforehand, for saying that it was filled with water when it was not, for trying to charge me twice for delivery, and for not returning my call, I have to give CSA a 1 out 10 for this experience.

I have just purchased a new gas range and was guided through the purchase by a very nice and knowledgeable sales representative - Ravi. He patiently answered my questions and provided information that I did not think to ask about. When I make future appliance purchases I would not hesitate in calling Ravi to help guide me to the correct purchase for my needs. All in all - great experience and very competitive pricing.

I was a little worried about ordering from this company as they are not as well known as some of the big box stores. Considering their prices online and great shipping times, I decided to give them a try. Brad was outstanding and actually made this a stress-free process. He was both knowledgeable and efficient. I traveled to the Toronto office to pick up a microwave that subsequently had to be returned as it did not fit in our wall cutout to accommodate it. Ingrid took care of things, and her level of service was incredible. She definitely went above and beyond to satisfy a customer that would now definitely come back!

We just bought a fridge from this company at 65 Dufflaw Road. I first called the store. I spoke with George. He knew his fridges well and was receptive to what we wanted and found exactly what we were looking for. Once we went to the store, we met George. His genuine demeanour along with a warm, friendly personality (not the aggressive rushed sales person personality), and his excellent knowledge along with the fact that he went to bat for us in ensuring we got the best deal, made our experience in getting a fridge an excellent one. I will definitely come back to this store for future appliance purchases. To the owner of this company and others, you need more employees like him because customers like myself will come back to your store, because of guys like him. George, keep up the great work and thanks for making our fridge buying experience a smooth one!

I was in panic as my fridge broke and with the extreme heat outside all my food gone bad and I was desperate! From the moment Brad Wilson picked up the phone, I knew that this will be solved :) Brad was very professional, fast, and clear on the phone. I was able to pick my fridge and pay for it immediately. I have never bought the fridge on the phone :) Also, Brad went above and beyond to schedule delivery earlier than it was scheduled-I was in shock and very happy.
