i was a little sceptical walking into CAS as they arn't really well known, but i am so glad i gave them a chance! i was greeted by a knowledgeable young man who helped me make a decision based on my needs and got me the best price for my new fridge. josh wasn't pushy and let me take my time making the decision but in the end there was no contest. CAS will forever have my business. Thank you so much Josh for making this experience so easy!

I would never recommend this store to anyone!!!! When you place your order you are promised the world. BUT...............once you pay that final invoice no one gives a crap about customer service any longer! I placed my order 4 months in advance of moving into new home! Not only did they not have the items there on time they screwed around with delivery stating that with holidays they would not deliver for a 4 wk period!!! Leaving a family with nothing to cook on for 4 wks over the Christmas holidays!!!!!! Final item finally shows up and guess what..........can't deliver for 2 wks!!! And yes they charge you for this delivery!!!!!! Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all expenses!

Rissi provided great salesmanship would recommend him to all my friends. Ingrid went above and beyond our expectations with her service and with a smile. She made the final stage of the purchase and delivery seamless .

Really just looking to highlight the excellent customer service from one of the staff, Ingrid. There were some errors in our delivery and she helped us get them resolved with a smile. So often in these types of businesses I've had average or worse service. But really refreshing to have someone care about your problem and do something about it. Ingrid, you rock!

I came into the store and was greeted immediately by a kind and friendly salesman named Adib Narang. He made my purchase easy. He did not try to upsell me on things that I didn't need. He gave me the best deal and explained the features on the product. He gave a personal story as to why he would buy the machines that I did. The delivery process was easy. The machines work great. I would definitely recommend this company to others in the future.

after doing some research on washer and dryers I went into CAS hoping to get some kind of deal as mine had completed bailed on me. I didn't really know what to expect as the company isn't really advertised that well. I was really surprised by the knowledge the sales associate (josh) had. we talked a bit and he helped me pick out a matching Samsung set. I am super happy as josh compared a couple of prices with other stores and I left knowing I got the best deal. I will definitely be coming back for anything else I may need.

Spent less than $800 for a great dish washer. That was my experience at CAS with the sales consultant named Mike. It fits my needs perfect. I will recommend this store and sales person to my friends.

I came into the store and was immediately helped by a sales rep. He was knowledgable and provided advice and extra information about all the appliances I asked about. The price was unbeatable and I did check 2 stores to see if they would beat or price match and none could get within $700 of them... $700.

Once we had reciever our appliances we noticed a small dent on the microwave door. One call and an email with pictures to our sales person Adib and the replacement was under way. There was immediate communication from Katelyn of Customer service with assurance that all would be taken care of. Within a week the new door was replaced. The repair man was polite and did the replacement in a professional courteous manner. The team from Canadian Appliance Source turned a problem situation into a very positive customer experience. And finally we can't forget that the appliance pricing was excellent. Our sales person Adib, our customer service person, Katelyn, and the service repair man were exceptional
