Thanks Canadian Appliance Source. I recently purchased a range for my new condo, while having it installed I accidentally damaged one of the legs. So I decide to go into one of their locations at Martin Grove and Dixon and was helped at the front desk by a girl her name was Ingrid I explained to her my dilemma about my broken range foot she was very polite and patience while I explained to her all the detail within moments she was able to get me a replacement foot and explained to me in details for what I needed to do in order to have my range fixed. I am so please with this company's prices and customer service. I will definitely purchase again for this company.

I shopped all over the place for the appliances for my new home and my search ended at Canadian Appliance source. they gave me good prices for my entire package. I bought for myself and referred my brother in law & one of my friends there. They also bought theirs. I need to highlight the services of the gentleman who helped me Mr Adib Narang. He went out of the way to help me for details and pricing. I greatly appreciate his services. I will definitely recommend CAS & Adib to potential customers in future.

Good customer reviews led us to Canadian Appliance Source's (CAS) Mississauga location. We were not disappointed. Outstanding service throughout the whole process from sales (Mike) to delivery to after sales customer service (Tolulope). We purchased all of our appliances from CAS. We had some issues with the range after it was delivered, but were able to quickly resolve them without any hassle with the help of Katelyn. Thanks for making us very happy customers. We highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source to everyone. They are very professional they take customer service to the next level and they offer the best price!

Today, my wife and I went shopping here and we are very impressed. Firstly, the prices were reasonable, but the highlight was the customer service. We were greeted by Sam Gunarathnam, and he spent time with us, looking at kitchen appliances, and helping us choose the right product. He was very friendly and knowledgable. We ended up buying everything we needed for our new kitchen, and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. We would highly recommend this location to others.

I bought the right washer dryer set for my needs thanks to Trevor Payer, he was extremely helpful and patient, a genuinely nice guy, I had a slight problem with damaged pedestals and Trevor took care of it, had them replaced and even personally delivered them and installed them with another great guy named Dan, they did this above and beyond the call of duty to preserve the company's good name , and they did it after work at 8 pm, a long day for them, I can't thank you guys enough and would recommend this company above and beyond all the others,, thank you to all the staff at Canadian appliance scource on merrivale Rd Ottawa !

Dave from the Dufflaw location was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was patient, very helpful and polite. I was working with a tight budget so had to give up a few upgrades I would have liked to have been able to squeak in but otherwise fantastic. Have not had delivery yet so hopefully they come in on time. Would definitely recommend them!

Our appliances were delivered one week later than promised, and our salesperson did not bother to inform us of this. we had to call him when we had not received a delivery time call. The installer switched the hot and cold hoses so needed to come back to fix it, which took six days. They were rude, asking us why we couldn't fix it ourselves and never apologizing. So far, the machines are fine. But the service was awful.

I was in desperate need of a portable apartment sized washer. After many failed attempts I ended up as CAS. The moment I walked into the store I felt good. In no time I was pleasantly greeted and asked what I was looking for. I was asked to take a seat and was taken through a very easy, pleasurable. low hassle, sale. Dave Thomas is as his title states, a Sales Professional. Emphasis on 'Professional". Dave made me feel at ease and he answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable. His past experience also contributed to my comfort and trust in his suggestions for what would be best for my needs. The entire experience was under 15 minutes!!! Thank you Dave for everything. I will definitely recommend the store but most importantly, YOU!!!

I bought a dryer & washer set and a freezer from this company a month ago.
