Bought all appliances for my new home at the same time. Some of them were out of stock, so I had to wait for delivery. When all of them were available, then the prices on the invoice were increased. Had to call many times to ask for price adjustment, but it had to go through a manager that was never there. It takes weeks before they can fix an invoice, and while you are waiting, they sell your appliances to someone else even though they had ordered them specially for you. Don't bother calling customer service because they will blame you and tell you it is your fault if they sale them to someone else because you did not call to set up delivery (of course you can not set up delivery unless you pay the inflated bill!!!). After 3 months I had enough and call to cancel the order. Surprisingly, this is when they were able to fix the mistakes... but I did not get everything I ordered because the washer dryer set was not available anymore. So I ended up receiving what was available and cancel the rest of the order. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
