We just bought our first home and needed some appliances..... I found Canadian Appliance Source and loved the wide range of products available at all different price points. Our salesman, Morgan was friendly and knowledgable. He took the time to explain the different models and features to ensure we bought the right ones to suit our needs! He was very patient while I asked him many questions! Our fridge broke down and we needed a new one ASAP because we were hosting a number of out of town friends and relatives for an event. Canadian Appliance provided friendly and helpful service by phone because I did not have time to visit their showroom, and the website, while informative, could not answer my questions. The model I chose was not immediately available but was promised to arrive in '1-2 weeks'. Two weeks later to the day, I got a phone call to say that the fridge had reached Toronto. So far it is working well.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and rather than pressure us to by what he wanted to sell he showed us what we needed. The price was competitive and payment and delivery options were very convenient. When arranging delivery, Tresor in customer service was very helpful. The availability of service in french was a pleasant surprise. I will not hesitate to do business with this company again even though it is at the other end of the city. Good service is worth the trip.

I visited the Hamilton location after seeing their website online. I ended up speaking with Josh who was super professional and really knew his stuff. He was easy to talk to, and for once I felt like I wasn't being pressured into buying something. He made the whole process very easy and relaxing. I ended up purchasing a Bosch dishwasher from him and I have no regrets at all! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good deal and a great experience.
