I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Canadian Appliance Source. The item I purchased was promised within 7 to 10 days. It did not arrive within this window. I understand that back orders from the manufacturer happen however it was how they handled it that was so upsetting. They did not contact me - I had to contact them - I was given a date which was a month out with no compensation - when I cancelled the order they did not send me a confirming email of the cancelation and I still do not have my refund on my credit card. It is now over a month since I made this initial purchase. I would NOT recommend them and plan to contact the better business bureau.

I was looking for a new dishwasher and was recommended to Canadian Appliances by a friend. I found the salesman very helpful, informed and willing to work with my requests. It was a good experience.

We were looking for a new stove and knew the model we wanted. While browsing on internet, I found a very competitive offer from Canadian Appliance Source for the model we were interested in. I called their Ottawa store and talked to Trevor Payer. He was professional, helpful and very polite. I was satisfied with his answers and placed an order over the phone. He said delivery would be in 2-3 weeks as the stove was not currently available. I have sent him a couple of emails during the waiting period and he always replied rapidly. We finally got our stove yesterday, 4 weeks after order date which was not a real concern to us. Delivery staff was polite and handled carefully our new appliance. We are very satisfied with the whole buying experience with this merchant. The only thing they should improve is the scheduling of delivery; they could not confirm a definite date until a couple of days prior to actual delivery.

Needed a whole new set of appliances for my renovated home. We went to CAS' Toronto showroom prepared on certain models we wanted. Daniel greeted us, and gave us some great recommendations, let us browse independently, and stayed well after closing to get us the lowest prices possible on what we'd requested. Would definitely call up Daniel again when we need appliances.

We were shopping for washer & dryer with my husband, we had gone to a few stores to compare then I went to your store at the Toronto location from a referral of my friend who had shopped there & was helped by Daniel. We asked for him Daniel Torres to help us too. We VERY happy we did. He took the time to show us the different brands of appliances, explain what we were getting for our money with each one, didn't rush us and seemed geniuenly happy answering ALL our questions -(because I had lots of questions). At the end we felt good about the appliances we chose and the service we received from him. We will definitely be recommending him to our family & friends and in future for other purchases we would come back to buy from him again.

Canadian Appliance Source saved the day for us. After dealing with a broken refridgerator for a month we finally made the decision to buy a brand new refridgerator. Not a small decision nor a small purchase. Philip Costa at CAS made our visit very easy and pleasant. He answered all of our many questions in a factual way and made our purchase decision much easier. He did not pressure us into anything and gave us ample space and time to make the right choice. It is a joy to come across a straight shooter like Philip in the retail landscape. He worked hard for us to get our refridgerator delivery the next day! We are enjoying our new fridge very much!

In the month of November we visited your store at 120 Cartwright Ave, we were assisted by Daniel Torres who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he made our appliance purchase experience a very pleasant one. I will highly recommend him to all of our family and friends. Daniel Torres you rock!!!!

This is our first visit to Canadian appliance source. We went to the Cartwright location and were very impressed. They have a lot of stock to look at right on the floor . Our salesman George Moutoulas was very well informed. I went prepared with 2 different Rangehoods to choose from but George not only showed me other options in our price range but when I still couldn't decide knew the features of each one from noise and ventilation rating to even which one was more easy to operate. Making my final decision much easier to come to. The whole procedure was fast and pleasant. I will definetly shop there again and ask for George when I go looking for my stove which is next on our list.

Had a great experience buying all my appliances from Jamie M. at the Ottawa location. Was very informative, easy going, and eager to answer Qs. CA Source is very accommodating with storing of appliances and ensuring stock availability. Looking forward to getting the new appliances this summer. Thanks again Jamie

I had made an error in my selection of an online purchase. I called and spoke to Katelyn Fudge in customer care, who was quick to look into my needs, confirm specs, and send me info on items that may interest me. She was thorough, quick and pleasant. Great customer service like this is hard to come by these days. THANK YOU!
