    Washer / Dryer

    Absolutely the worst service imaginable. From sales to service installation. Decent prices on appliances but not worth the headache of dealing with their people. Once they have your money they do not respond to calls or questions. It started from the sales person saying it would arrive in 5 to 7 days....two weeks later we were still waiting. The installation people dropped it off in the middle of the hallway and never came back to install it (I failed to disconnect two hoses so they left saying they would be back). I never write reviews but these guys deserve an honest one.

    over-the-range microwave

    Our 2 year microwave died and was looking for a new one. We Found store online in our search. Mathieu was friendly and helpful and provided better than expected customer service Besides the price was quite competitive.

    Kitchen

    Excellent customer service and great prices! Matt guided us throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful in providing detailed information about the products we purchased. He is definitely our go-to person in the industry! I recommend you go see Matt for all your appliance needs.

    Kitchen appliances

    My husband and I needed to purchase kitchen appliances for one of our rental units and CAS was our best choice for price point and quality service. We dealt with Mathieu Laquerre and he not only guaranteed us the best possible price, but also provided us with impeccable customer service. I would definitely purchase appliances from them again and recommend CAS and Matt to anyone looking to purchase household appliances.

    Kitchen appliances

    I dealt with Dan thorenton for sales and Katelyn Fudge for customer service. Im very happy with both their services and would recommend dealing with them. Dan is very professional and very helpful and he helped us pick all appliances for the house at really good prices. He was very patient with our many questions . Katelyn also is very professional and kind and solved an issue with our delivery. I recommend dealing with both of them.

    Product

    Went into the store. Met salesperson, Dave Thomas and was purchasing a dishwasher. He was extremely knowledgeable and he recommended a Bosch dishwasher, which we purchased and are very thrilled with the choice and his service.

    New build - all appliances

    While our transaction with Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa was not the smoothest it was worth the savings on our appliances. The first two sales people we dealt with both left the company and nobody informed us - we only found out after we tried contacting them with questions. One of our items was late because it ended up being backordered which caused some challenges with the installation of our kitchen. The third salesman we dealt with - Trevor - was just great. He was very attentive and responsive. If you go to this location I would ask to deal specifically with him.

    Kitchen upgrade

    With unexpected refrigerator break down - I was looking for a decent well priced 30 inch width model. I found CAS is the best price shop in Canada . At this stage I have almost determined - I am going for this as the cost is lowest in Canada. To my luck I met Mr. Alex Polek who is nice gentle man , went through all my requirements and dimensions and locked the price for me. Then he said to decide in a day or two and come back for the purchase. When I decided to buy then he even lowered almost $75 than posted discounted price. In a single word Awesome sales /support/ attitude / Especially he stands behind the commitment. Who ever looking for appliances always ask for Alex at EXT-308 for a great great great experience for his knowledge, punctuality in returning calls, helpful to place the order at good price. After sales support..... In short he is paid by CAS but to work in favor of us. Is it Nice???

    Happy with my Samsung Fridge and Gas Stove

    I have called Canadian Appliance Source to confirm that the fridge they had advertised online was indeed a savings of $800. Philip has answered the phone, and was able to help me with my questions. He made sure that I was getting the best deal available for both the Samsung fridge and the gas stove. I have then arrived to the location to see both items, Philip was busy with a client but once he got freed up, he showed me the different models available. I have then decided that I would like to purchase the stove and the fridge advertised online at a discounted rate. Customer service was great, online payment was simple and delivery of the items was super easy. I have asked the delivery crew to be careful with the hardwood floors, as they are brand new, so they even placed red carpets under the dolly to ensure that everything goes well. I am happy with my purchase and will be purchasing other items in the near future at CAS.

    Appliance purchase

    If have ordered a few times from this company. It is always a bit challenging, but if something doesn't go right, as was the case for our last order, they are useless. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a person and all I was told was what SHE COULD NOT DO. No willingness to do anything - not even call another department internally. She might of been the least effective client service person I have ever talked to.
