    Gas Range

    Mathieu Laquerre was very helpful. My husband came to CAS with a ton of questions about a gas range and he was knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. He was available at any time either through e-mail or phone to answer our questions. We are thrilled with our new range and with the service we received.

    Kitchen appliances

    I went to different known major appliance stores shopping for high end appliances and Canadian Appliance Source (Mississauga) gave me the best price. I just want to thank Gladwyn, for his knowledge, patience and taking the time in answering my questions on the phone and emails. Not surprisingly, Gladwyn also quoted me the best price when I was looking for a Napoleon BBQ. My sister and daughter also ended up buying bbqs from him. I also want to thank Mario and Andrew who delivered all the appliances and the BBQ in excellent condition. They were careful and gave me advice on how to move the 42" fridge so it won't tip. To Gladwyn, Andrew and Mario, thank you for your professionalism. Your selfless work is worthy of acknowledgement.

    Kitchen appliances

    We had to buy all new appliances for our new family home. Gary listened to our needs and with his knowledge and professionalism: we wasted no time ! Quick and easy delivery. Appliances were exactly what we wanted and needed in our price range. Could not ask for better service or prices.

    GE Profile

    This was our first visit and purchase from CAS, Merivale Road. Our sales associate Alex Polak was exceptionally helpful, very knowledgeable, and patient. He made our choice painless. Got the best price in town. The delivery staff Mike and Drew were very friendly, punctual, efficient, and were very careful with moving the stove, the best all around service we have ever received! Thank you very much and we will come back to CAS.

    Dishwasher

    Cdn Appliance Source was recommended to me and I am happy I went. Alex was very helpful, I was able to buy an excellent machine, price was great, and received it the next day! Super service and quality with fair prices. Happy to recommend again!

    dishwasher purchase

    My recent purchase of a dishwasher went really well with CAS in Ottawa. Not only do they give exceptional deals but the service was good as well. The salesman Peter was very patient and helpful when I was experiencing some difficulty with my computer. All in all CAS was good experience for me. I got a great deal on my dishwasher and the service was exceptional as well.

    kitchen reno

    I recently bought appliances for my kitchen and dealt with Morgan in the Ottawa location. He gave me great service and was very knowledgeable about all the brands and differences between them. I would recommend going to see him if you need appliances.

    new washer and dryer

    after choosing another appliance store, we were told about CAS and found their service to be excellent, the salesperson (Alex Polak) to be very knowledgeable and the product pricing well below competitors in the same area.
