    GE Cafe Microwave

    I dealt with Adib Narang and he was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products. He also made sure I had a great deal as they price match. They have many products in stock so you aren't waiting on it.

    Stove

    Stay away from Canadian Appliance Source - dishonest business practices. On the day of delivery they called us and said the stove was back ordered and we have to wait for 4 more weeks! The cancelled the order but didn't refund us warranty fees. I called 5 times and visited a store, but 2 months later no refund. The customer service deceives to you every time you call with a different story: the refund will be issued in 3 business days, oh the accountant have to do it, oh we will email the accountant...etc. This is dishonest business practice. If you search properly you will find/negotiate better pricing in other stores. STAY AWAY FROM CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE.

    Kitchen Renovation

    We recently purchased our appliances from Canadian Appliance Source for our newly renovated kitchen.The service was outstanding and we are very pleased with our new appliances.I was really impressed by the help and service given by Ajay, our Sales Associate. Delivery was good,they had to take the doors off to get in but it was all good

    Kitchen Reno

    I Purchased my kitchen and laundry appliance 10 months ago from Canadian Appliance Source Mississauga, my salesman was Gladwyn. I was very satisfied with my purchase and delivery..very quick and professional, and delivery was on time...I will recommend you to my friends..Thank you.

    Refrigerator

    We bought a new fridge during CAS's Boxing Day sale. Angelo was the sales rep we dealt with and he was fantastic. Delivery was perfectly on schedule and the delivery guys were awesome - very, very careful in moving our old fridge out and putting the new one in. Perfect experience.

    Appliances

    We bought 4 appliances for our new kitchen. Delivery date was supposed to be mid-December, in time for Christmas cooking and out of country visitors. However since Samsung had still not delivered the stove to CAS, George arranged a loaner for us - the first we got didn't work, the 2nd did - until our new stove arrived - Dec. 28. It is installed, works fine and was well worth the wait. Everyone we dealt with at CAS was VERY helpful, understanding and pleasant, starting with George who sold us the appliances to the delivery people who made 3 trips to our house. Happy 2015 to all at CAS Toronto!

    Purchase of Laundry Appliances

    Ask for Ajay, he provides excellent service. I purchased a washer/ dryer from Ajay at Cartwright branch (416-782-5900, ext., 249) for myself. His help and pricing was so good that I returned a few days later to buy a set of appliances for my parents who live in Ottawa. You cannot go wrong with him.

    Washer and Dryer

    I've purchased washer and dryer (Whirlpool) from them and I'm really happy with the service and also price. Delivery and Installation are done quick and perfectly and cheap, They waived me for the installation though :) My sales person was George and he is such a cool guy and friendly. 10/10.

    Replacement

    I was shopping online for a cook top and came across Canadian Appliance, they have a great selection and reasonable prices. You can really get some good deals if you go to their web site. The product I was looking for did not have a price so I called the store and spoke with Gladwyn who gave me a price and availability of next day pick up, I was impressed with his service. I made my purchase and picked up my cook top the next day. I will shop there again!

    New Home Appliance Purchase

    We are building a new house and were looking for a selection of appliances including range, range hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. We contacted Canadian Appliance and dealt with Ravi who was extremely helpful and offered a great discount for purchasing multiple appliances (something the regular appliance stores were unwilling to do). I'd recommend Canadian Appliance without reservation, and if you are lucky enough to deal with Ravi, I'm sure he'll take good care of you.
