    Installation

    Paid for a new washer-dryer unit. The unit was not installed after I had asked the technician if everything was correct installed prior to leaving. Technician didnt care, shrugged me off and left. To say the least, the unit was not installed and I was left with water damage. CAS doesnt provide support to come re-install. Dont advise this company. Not reliable, just wants your money.

    Upright freezer

    The delivery men beyond expectations of getting my old freezer out as my stairs twist and are narrow. Plus getting the new freezer in.

    LG Fridge

    I had a great experience ordering my new fridge from Davinder online. The delivery was set up for the next day. The two delivery men were awesome. Very patient as they had to remove the doors to fit the fridge through our door. I would definitely recommend both Canadian Appliance and the delivery company

    Great service

    Great service from store to delivery..Very patient to wait over 15 minutes before I got there.

    Cdn Appliance Source

    Our refrigerator quit and we were able to replace it quickly through Cdn Appliance Source at their outlet in the Real Canadian Superstore. The service we received while purchasing was excellent and they price match competitors. Good product choice and availability but more importantly to us was the speed of delivery. New fridge in two days.

    Terrible delivery service and customer service is only for profit

    We had to replace an LG fridge in which the compressor and freezer fan fell apart after 5 years (remember when fridges used to last for decades??). CAS seemed reliable so we found the fridge we wanted and purchased it there. I thought the $80 delivery charge was a bit steep but went with it anyway. We told them in advance we needed the fridge door hinge to be on the left, so we would open it from right to left to avoid chafing the wall. They delivered the fridge, switched the door around and quickly left. As soon as we tried opening the fridge, we noticed the bottom hinge was too close to the fridge, with a corner of the door snagging on the fridge with a loud snap. Plastic was also being shaved off from the plate holding the door in. We called for them to come back and fix it and they said they would be back tomorrow. They did not come back, so I called back and they scheduled for the next day when we were away. Finally we settled on Thursday, but their delivery time was between 9 and 1. We told them we had appointments in the morning but would be there later. They said no problem. Then one of our appointments went too long and we phoned back to say we would have to cancel the appointment. They said no problem, we will reschedule. The next day when we phoned, they told us it would be another $80 for them to come back and fix the fridge door they had improperly installed. We told them we were unaware of this charge, especially since we had been in contact with them and were very clear about our availability to be at home. They said nothing could be done. When we asked to speak to a manager, they refused to give us any number or email to contact. In the end we fixed it ourselves. It was a simple fix, but frustrating as it was clearly stated in the manual how to flip the fridge door. I went to the store and told them what a pain it was to deal with them and how they fully believed they should be paid extra to fix the problem they had created. In short, do not recommend this store at all. I had also contacted the salespeople in Guelph and they had no idea how to resolve the problem, even going so far as to blame it all on their 'third-party delivery service' they used, and hey, why don't you call them directly (so we do not have to deal with it?). Grrrr. Avoid this place.

However, please note that the second service fee was not added because we had to send a team back out to fix the issue. The second fee was added because we specifically sent out a team to assist with this matter and the appointment was cancelled on the same day, while the team was on the road. We would have had to send a team for a third time to assist, which is why a fee was applied. We can appreciate that you do not agree with this policy, but please understand that we communicate the time window on the day prior to ensure that customers make themselves available for the scheduled appointments.     Excellent service , fast and efficient ! I got my new fridge the next day after purchase, they removed also the old one. I highly recommend them

    Fridge and Stove

    Sales staff found what we wanted very quickly, communication on delivery was super with a tracking app, delivery was very well done. The delivery staff were experts and took the best care. Fast and so very nice. The Samsung appliances are beautiful looking and very efficient. Lots of space. Thank you for super service all around.

    FRIGIDAIRE INDUCTION RANGE

    I walked into the store and was right away greeted by smiles, even though the both men were busy with other clients they took the time to say hello and that they would be with me soon but to please fell free to browse. I knew exactly what I wanted and as soon as one finished he helped me with my purchase, Delivery was within two days WOW, AMAZING! The only small "hiccup" was that upon delivery I would have liked them to level and place the stove. OH Well, you cant have it all! I will and already have recommended the CAS on Dagenais in Laval to friends and family. THANK YOU !
