    Washing machine

    Best experience ever. Easy to order, installed early within 7 minutes - perfect job! Cant recommend enough- no one treats you this well anymore !!

    Home Renovation

    I needed all new appliances for my house and contacted CAS through online chat. I was provided with exceptional customer service and a quote the next morning. The appliances all came on time and delivery was fast and easy! The delivery gentlemen were very friendly and respectful of my home. I found this whole process very seem less and highly recommend CAS! Thank you for making a daunting project of picking out all new appliances, one that was quick and easy.

    refrigerator purchase

    Great customer service, price and next day delivery! The online bio of Morgan, our salesperson, reads in part "very patient, down to earth, hard working and strives to have all customers leave with a smile on their face"...ALL COMPLETELY TRUE! Her knowledge, friendly demeanour and overall professionalism made ours a very enjoyable sales experience.

    New Gas Cooktop

    CAS was very professional. We have bought from them before and have been very happy with them. They were true to their word about the expected arrival date of our cooktop and live tracking of the delivery truck was a great feature.

    CAS helped us exactly as needed

    CAS answered all my questions and made suggestions but never pressured me to purchase anything. All terms spelled out and I will be returning for other appliance upgrades in the future.

    Bought all new appliances from Elizabeth. Small hiccup with one delivery was quickly resolved. Delivered on time. Pricing competitive.

    Amazing Transaction and overnight delivery!!

    My Samsung washer of only 5 years failed with a faulty mainboard which is ridiculous for a 5 year old washer. Should have lasted a lot longer. Anyway, browsed on the Internet for a great deal on a new Electrolux Washer and came across the company called Canadian Appliance. This isn't the first time I have dealt with the company. They were great back then and have provided amazing sales service on Internet text service on their site and provided me an extremely competitive quote. The deal was sealed in approximately 15 minutes of closing through the recommended deals. The next day it was delivered in excellent condition and back in service. Very satisfied. They won't disappoint.

    Worst Appliance Company

    Bought a fridge through CAS. The driver parks in the middle of the road, making life hell for all my neighbours. He then has the audacity to tell me "I don't strip the fridge when it's cold outside". The attitude and sense of entitlement was not lost on me. They bring the fridge in the house and quickly assemble it back, however, when asking to sign the waiver they ask to inspect the fridge. Fridge was assembled and no scratches or dents were observed. I sign the waiver and they leave, however, I turn the lights on and see that my hardwood floor has been scratched badly, see pictures ( u can clearly see the before picture floor is intact and after picture it is ruined). They then go ahead and decline my claim based on the waiver. The driver made no mention of inspecting the floor or the property. I should have known better since they had no drop sheets and tracked their dirty boots all over my house. If you are buying any appliances through CAS, be warned, your house will be ruined and CAS will not help with your claim. By the way three months back they delivered a fridge at my elderly mom's condo and not only dented the fridge but also the walls and she should have rejected the delivery but felt intimated to sign the waiver as she had food going to waste. I should have known better not buy through CAS again. Well this was the last time after spending well over 10K in appliances
