    Upright freezer, new home

    Excellent service and quick delivery. We are very impressed with this company. Would definitely buy from them again.

    New laundry machine

    It was very smooth and the delivery men were very nice. I encourage people to use this company to install their machines. They even replaced the hoses and took away the old.

    Washer/Dryer

    Needed washer dryer and for it to be delivered quickly. Was a quick and easy process for a purchase like this.

    Kitchen renovations/appliance refresh

    More than 20 years since last kitchen reno and appliances were starting to wear out. Kitchen look had warn out a decade ago. Finally had enough money to do a reno. Contractor recommended we go to CAS to find appliances. Went 3 times to the store looking at products and days researching online. On 4th trip to CAS we spoke to our saleman, David, and after understands our needs he came up with a package of appliances that meet our budget and time lines. Delivery was in two weeks as requested as most items were in stock. Can't wait to for the reno to be completed and cook our first meal in the new kitchen. Thanks David and the CAS team.

    Washer and Dryer

    The trucking system was great, I was able to stay updated on the time my appliances were to be delivered. And they were very professional and efficient in their delivery and installation.

    Customer Service Excellence

    Kitchen ware

    Although the fridge got a visible scratch during delivery, these folks were far better than my previous deliveries

    Delivery service outstanding

    We bought a washing machine on a Monday afternoon and it was delivered by 2 courteous delivery agents the next morning. Keith and his partner went above and beyond to carefully get the 2 items into the house and up the stairs without a mark or scratch. My sincere thanks and appreciation to these two gentlemen. Also thanks to Ravi for helping us chose the models.

    DONT EVER BUY WITH CAS- WORST SERVICE- IRRESPONSIBLE

    Don't ever buy appliances from here. They are just trying to get your money, don't care about service. They sold us a fridge open box and a oven saying that all are in stock and can deliver right away. In reality, they only delivered the fridge without the oven. None even called us to tell why they dont deliver the oven. Once we asked, they say it is out of stock. We only have oven until next 2 month. We cant wait and want to cancel the order, they dont let us cancel the order. Sales say it is customer service responsibility. Customer service say talked to sales. You will be the ball that they through you in between. Noone will solve it for us. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. They asked to go online and fill the return form. And then refuse . They forced us to take the fridge. Charge delivery for both alliances. You can buy elsewhere with bundle discount and better service. DONT BUY WITH THEM, YOU ONLY MAKE YOURSELVES ANNOYED AND WAIT YOUR TIMES.

    Our CAS salesperson, as well as two delivery, installation, and removal of old washing machines, all provided excellent service.
