I found out the parts I bought is the wrong one, but I cannot refund it after 7 days. I likevtovwarn other to return the product early to avoid losing money

I give these guys a thumbs up....they detected the problem in my computer on the spot and right in front of my eyes...they replaced the part and got my computer working on the spot...the price was reasonable and very good customer service. .

Great staff. Everyone was extremely helpful. The store was very busy, but someone came to us right away to see if we needed help. Will shop here again...even without my husband!

Memory Express support technicians were friendly and professional in providing service within warranty for a defective hard drive within the warranty time. They completed testing and called within days to provide a new hard drive.

I called to ask about upgrading my ram for a recently purchased iMac, as the apple store overcharges. They told me which brand was suitable and how to find out which type of ram I needed. I did the install myself but they were happy to help.

They were willing to match the price of a competitor's advertised price for an Asus Transformer tablet computer bundle when I called so I made the trip to purchase the machine from them. They provided excellent service and when the computer was found to have a manufacturing defect, I returned the product within 7 days and they immediately exchanged it for a new one. Excellent service and reasonable price. I would and have recommended them to my friends.

Not having any luck trying to actually see a model of Asus laptop I was interested in at the usual computer stores I use. I happened to discover Memory Express on the Asus website and when I called they assured me they had display models of all the laptops they sell. Happy with the laptop and great price they gave me, I got my new computer home only to discover the webcam was terrible. Following the troubleshooting guide met with no improvment and finally the laptop completely stopped working. Returning the computer was very easy - though long as they sorted out the paperwork as there was a rebate involved and I had opted for credit over replacement. Now having returned numerous times to use up my credit I have yet to have a bad experience. They have great service, a price beating policy and all the latest stuff.

Last Boxing Day, I bought a Samsung Monitor from Memory Express. Although the line was incredibly long, it was surprisingly quick to get through. The employees were helpful, both in finding the product for me, and quickly guiding me to the cashier and completing transaction. I am impressed with the service Memory Express gives to their customers. This should be THE first place anyone looking to buy computer supplies and technologies, not only for their service, but for their lowest prices (with guarantee)!

I bought a wireless mouse and keyboard on sale for an amazing price at Memory Express. The sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. It's fairly intimidating shopping at electronics stores when you dont know anything about computers! These guys made it easy :D
