I have bought from Defrense before... long ago. It was a pleasure buying again from them and had professional salesperson who was patient and worked to get my best deal. Had no problem with the sofa bed bought long time ago and hope my new tempura pedicure bed gives me the same outcome.

We walked in and were helped immediately. Worker was very friendly and provided wonderful service, helping us find our recliner in no time. We were offered free delivery service and complimentary Ice cream at checkout! Loved the way we felt making our purchase and we were in and out in 20 minutes.

Once again Dufresnes had exceeded my expectations. I was able purchase a TV within budget with all the bells and whistles I wanted at a price I was comfortable paying. And with there white glove service, I am rest assured that my investment will be delivered, installed professionally and my old TV removed hassle free. Money well spent.

Great customer service. We needed kitchen and laundry appliances and Dufresne gave an amazing quote, no one could beat it. Other stores told us to take Dufresnes deal as it was that good. The salesman we dealt with had great intel on all the appliances and gave us facts on things to do prior to and during installation. We have not received the appliances yet but happy with service thus far.

I was disappointed the couch that matched my preferences was not on sale. The anniversary sale was ending the day I purchased it. I was unable to save on any deals. I waited months before I received my tax return to make a purchase. If I had more room in my budget I couldve made more purchases from Dufrense. I liked the white glove service which helps remove my old furniture and get the new furniture set up.

Purchased 2 Single xl twin mattresses with adjustable and king size frame . September 23,2023 a warranty technician named Xavier came to the house to check the sag on the mattress purchased in Jul2021. He said the sag is 3/4 of an inch in order for your warranty it needs to be 1 inch. Call back in a few months and ask for me I will come back . I called and lo and behold no customer service anymore. You call the 1800 and speak to someone and they tell you youre not getting a technician, you cant speak to the manager that told you this 3 months ago .. So you have a warranty but try to use it .
