Timely, efficient, friendly service. No unexpected costs and the old parts were disposed of by Knight. Highly recommended.

Knight Heating came to disconnect and reconnect my AC unit so my concrete patio could be poured. From start to finish these guys were pros. They assessed my service needs, discussed the concerns I had with my unit, arrived on time, demonstrated kindness and courtesy, did the work efficiently and to my satisfaction. They looked after my health and safety needs by wearing masks for COVID-19 protection and they looked out for my wallet too, ensuring their recommendations were the best value. Once the AC was reconnected, they followed up the next day to check on things. I will definitely have them back for future plumbing & HVAC needs!

Experience was terrific , service was very quick - Lloyd got to the issue with my furnace and had it repaired same day and found the rates reasonable - professional company to deal with and will use their services again for sure. Would recommend them to anyone

Avoid avoid avoid. Lloyd overpromises and overcharges. Went through a big box store to get a quote and was told by Lloyd to wait a bit then he could give us a better deal. Never got a deal nor the 10% discount being offered by This chain store. He overcharged for a hot water tank by $150 for half the quality and half the warranty that another box store installed for us in another property. Lloyd is not a man of his word. I wish I had heard about him from other people we know who al as I are disgusted by this man and his company. In this day of social media customer service and value are rated highly. Lloyd fails time deliver on both of these. He promised a DEAL but it’s a deal for him. Not the customer.....

One of the best experiences we've had with a contractor ever. Knight Heating installed our High Efficient Furnace, Air Conditioning and High Efficient Hot Water tank 8 yrs ago, the pricing was spot on/lower than 4 other companies we had in to quote our house. We have had Lloyd and or one of his techs back a number of times throughout the years to service our AC unit and Furnace and have had the HWT replaced under warranty and we have had nothing short of exceptional courtesy & respect during those visits. We recently had our AC unit inspected and tuned and without fail Lloyd and his team we're spot on, pricing was consistent, service was exceptional and communication was above & beyond what was expected. It's hard reading some of the reviews on these sites and how people will bash/slander a company publicly when the services and workmanship we received was so good. Please don't always believe what you read, I firmly believe that people sometimes want to hurt other people just cause they can from behind a computer screen and typically can't back up their claims. At the same time most of the situation get solved after the post is public but the review never gets updated. I would recommend this company 1000% to any of my friends or family that need HVAC work done!!!!!!!!!!

Lloyd and Company are AMAZING people always available in time of need. Our association with Knight Heating started 10 years ago when we needed an Air Conditioner installed. Done in 4 hours and has worked great ever since. We've had 2 other A/C 's installed in family members homes without incident. Had a board replaced in our furnace last year and it was done in an hour. Very friendly and competent people and would recommend Knight Heating to everyone for all your HVAC needs. Great Job LLoyd!!
