Windows and patio door
Superior Home Improvements did a fantastic job replacing four windows and a patio door. The two installers were polite, told us how long the job was going to take and did a terrific job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Superior

Replacement of Vinyle Windows and Patio Door
Thanks for Karl's competitive quotation as well as explanation of all our options. Thanks for Dan & his team's professional and skillful work: interior window frames are customs-made. We save a lot of money on gas bill this winter. We also thanks Art for his good job of measuring the window. We can use our old blinds.

Replacement of front door
The company offered a wide selection of doors from several manufacturers and the sales rep worked with me closely to get the door I wanted. He was patient as I changed my mind several times and requoted the price. He provided a detailed quote for the work which included a complete reframing of the door and threshold. He told me that someone would show up on a certain day to get accurate measurements for the job and he did. The installation was delayed a by a couple of weeks due to the impact of weather conditions on jobs but they kept me informed and arrived as promised on the second date. I can't speak highly enough about the installer. He preserved some of the old trim, persisted in removing and reinstalling the existing Medeco lock and did every detail to the finest quality - even though he didn't leave until 7pm on a Friday night on a cold Dec day. He kept the work area clean and tidied up completely at the end of the job.

Two new windows
On the 14th of January 2013, Superior Home Improvements installed two replacement windows in my home in my kids bedrooms. I was concerned because my old windows had been leaking and were drafty. I was worried about other damage to the window frame etc.. Superior Home Improvements took the time to examine my concerns and did a thorough job. The master carpenter the completed the job was very diligent. They were very nice people. The new windows that were recommended are perfect for us. No drafts. The price of the job was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work done and I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbours. Thanks

Decorative Entrance Door with Sidelites ,and window replacement
We were in the market to purchase a new door and side lites as well as a window, when doing research and inquiring for recommendations on what company to use, my Father highly recommended Superior Home Improvements. I contacted the company and spoke with Jeff who was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks to Karl for his expertise and support in helping us make our selection, not an easy task. On the day of the installation we were very impressed with Dan and Paul with their skill and workmanship. We also appreciated that they protected our furniture with drop sheets and left the inside/outside of our house spotless.....job well done!!! We are very happy with our new door and window. I would recommend Superior Home Improvements in a heartbeat.

Replace Front Door with Double Doors
Superior home improvements installed my patio door last spring and I was very pleased with their work so I called them to replace my front door. I wanted double doors but the opening was about 10 inches too small so they suggested/recommended to cut the brick. They did an amazing job. They were very professional, neat and clean and there were no surprises. I absolutely love my new front doors!

three windows on the second floor and the back door were changed
We are very happy with their work. Fast, reliable, and professional, the crew were well mannered and on task. This is actually the second time we hired them and we definitely recommend them.

Windows
After deciding to replace all the windows in the house, we interviewed a few companies. One of these was Superior Home Improvements. They were recommended by a previous customer that had windows replaced. After talking with Barry who visited us at our home and then a visit to the showroom to talk with Art, we decided to give the contract to Superior Homes. Both Barry and Art were willing to work with us. They patiently listened and answered all our questions as we worked through the process. Then on the day of the installations, Dan, Art, and Chris(?) worked through the day and late into the night to get the job completed. This included taking the care to cover furniture and the floors, and then cleaning up any debris before leaving. The job wasn't yet finished until Barry did his follow up to see how it all went. In terms of customer service Superior Homes can package it because they have the know how. We are also thinking of replacing the front and there is no question as to who we will call to do the job. Oh Yes..As for the windows, we are HAPPY with the results!!!

Window replacement
During the summer we decided to replace some 40-year windows with modern vinyl windows, and called around many companies. Only two could meet my requirement - to reduce the height of the bedroom windows. This required not only filling in the space left by the shorter window, but also dealing with the visible change to the outside. Only this company worked with me to create a visually pleasing solution, suited to my existing window and shutters.. The prices were competitive, and the service excellent. There were a few small problems with one of the windows, but they dealt with it promptly. They would be our first choice when we decide to replace the remaining windows.

window replacement
I just wanted to say that I have been dealing with Superior Home Improvement for several years. It started with a patio door and led to windows and my front doors. I'm doing what I can each year and no matter how small the job, Barry comes over and cheerfully writes up the order. My satisfaction with the products and the installation is a solid 10. The crews are professional and know their business. The most recent job was for garage windows and I didn't even have to be home for the job so needless to say, I loved the convenience. Superior Home Improvements has a client for life.
