27 custom blue windows
My wife and I were in a dilemma in order to sell our family home of 23 plus years because no one would consider buying a home of our caliber that needed any work it seemed (we tried with 3 serious buyers). All of the replacement items in our home were large and expensive and the windows were the most expensive part. A very close friend referred me to Superior and from the time we met with Barry Knight in sales we were put at ease. Barry not only explained and quoted the job professionally and quickly but was with us through the entire process including after all work was done and paid for. My dealings with Art and Jeff the owners were admirable and with confidence. I can't say enough about Jay and Dan the installers who were punctual and efficient. They worked long hours even in very cold weather with complete respect for our comfort, time requirements and cleanliness. Thanks to the entire team at Superior who ensured us the record high sale price in our area for our beautifully updated old home.

Replacement windows and doors
1982/83 home, purchased in 2008. Required replacement windows (birck to brick) and new dorors and storm doors. Superior came highly recommended bt a coworker; and after sitting with their rep was highly impressed - nice to deal with professionals. All appointments made in advance and were kept promptly. Prices were quoted and only exceeded the estimate for any additional work that I requested. Measurements taken prior to ordering, installation no problems. Small company with individualized services with non of the inflated costs. All staff - a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

all doors and windows throughout the house
Superior Home Improvements came highly recommended by my neighbours many years ago. Initially I replaced two windows in the family room. I was very impressed with their professionalism, patience in answering questions and workmanship. They even clean up after the job is done. Last year I replaced the remaining windows and doors and cannot be happier. The important difference between Superior and many others is that their products are all custom made to fit our windows. Their products are not run of the mill products that need adjusting and excessive framing on site. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior. Thank you for a job well done!!!

doors and windows
Superior did almost all our windows. Then they came back and did our front door. Then they came recently and did our back patio door. Why? Simply because their service is great , from the sales rep on through to the installers and the owner. Who ever heard of "on time " reno guys nowadays ?? That happens with Superior. We had an extremely minor problem with the door. I told them to come anytime, it wasn't serious. They were there in two days. We still have three or four windows to do. Without question it will be with them.

two new windows ( approx. 3 x 5 feet each)
We needed new windows recently to replace some from the 1970's that were no longer keeping noise out from the park behind our home. We could not have received better service than we did from Superior Home Improvements. Karl , the Sales Consultant , came out and explained our options . He answered all our questions ( we'd done a little research on the computer before his visit). He offered advice too . Jeff in the ofice was a pleasure to deal with and the 2 installers were considerate, quiet and fast. One of us was ill due to chemotherapy treatment on the day the windows were installed., We would recommend this company to anyone wishing great value for their hard earned money. Visit their showroom and/or their website. Great R value for the $$.

Front Windows and kitchen window installed
This is the 3rd time we have used Superior Home improvements. The first time was replacing our front door. They have since replaced the basement windows and most of our main floor windows. The reason we continue to use them is for their overall value, excellent service, sales and they are trustworthy. One of the last sets of windows was a floor to ceiling cathedral window. Dan and Jay, the installers, did a great job.

Mainfloor and Second Story window replacement (brick to brick) + Sliding Patio Door
We were extremely satisfied with the entire process, from initial consultation to installation/clean-up and final assessment. Barry, Dan, Jay, Jeff and team were very professional and courteous. They gladly accommodated our special requests, and provided honest and objective points of view when responding to our questions/concerns. We were very happy with the final product and would absolutely work with them again in the future or recommend them to others.

Windows and patio door replacement
I was referred to Superior Home Improvements by a friend who had windows replaced at both her former and present home, she was very pleased with the quality of the service. Following the visit by the sales rep a gentleman who was very informative and took his time to explain how the job would be done. I received the quotation the same day discussed it with my wife and after a few weeks called to place the order. The windows and doors were ready in less time than anticipated, professionally installed in a reasonable amount of time. The Installers Dan and J were very respectful and did a very good cleanup at the end. Well done Superior Home Improvement!!!. D Jaipaul

windows and doors
When we first moved into our house we knew we had to replace the windows and doors in the house, but we did not have money to do it all at once. We were going to start with the basement window which desperately needed replacing. We called several companies to come give us quotes, but it seemed that when they realized we were only able to do the one window at that time, they were not too helpful or interested. However, when we called Superior Home Improvements (heard of them through a local flyer) their salesperson (Karl) took more than an hour answering all our many many questions and addressing all my concerns about keeping the window as large as possible, etc. He even suggested things to save us money. Several times instead of talking us into things we may have been interested in, the salesman never tried to hard sell, rather he gave good sensible advice that always saved us money. We were very satisfied each time and never felt overwhelmed with the costs. We did look around at other companies but always came back to Superior to get their advice and in the end their services. Also, at any time we had a problem, they have been very quick and helpful to return to fix it and make it right. We would (and have) highly recommend them.

Window Installation whole house
Superior Home Improvement have replaced all the windows in our 40 yr old home. They were recommended by our two neighbours. Service was excellent with good follow-up, various window alternatives well explained, on-time and efficient installation plus flexibility to change times on fairly short notice. Definitely Recommend.
