A week ago we realized it is definitely time to replace our 6' foot sliding patio door which we postponed some 5 years ago when Superior Home Improvements replaced all of our other windows and, in unison, we said "we must give Superior a call -- there is no sense in calling any one else for a quote as we know we can rely on their professional service and product". Not only did Superior do a "super job" 5 years ago, they did a "super comparable job" for us some 10 years ago when they supplied and installed all of our windows at our previous address! Our first contact with Superior was as a result of a kiosk display at Pickering Mall where we were introduced to their product and its features. When we contacted Superior for a home consultation, their sales representative responded with a prompt, informative, polite, non-pressure appointment at our convenience. When we placed our first order, the work was professionally completed exactly on schedule. A small glitch in our kitchen awning window was promptly corrected by Art the day after advising Superior of the glitch. Needless to say, when we acquired our next house, which we knew required new windows, there was no debate. We called Superior and Superior delivered once again. We are definitely looking forward to having Superior advise and install our patio door in the very near future.
