I hired Pallotta Construction LTD on 3 different occasions in the past 3 years in my quality of board director of Peel Condominium Corp. 560. We recently hired Pallotta Construction LTD to make some porch and steps in concrete on 16 of our units. They did an excellent job every single time and meet the satisfaction of our most critical home owner. I more recently hired Paul Pallotta and his crew to make the steps at my own house. I didn't want to have an unknown contractor for that work since its the face of our home. That work required more skills because we choose to use stones on a concrete base. Pallotta nail the job way over my expectations not only on quality but also on the price. The work has been done in a timely fashion and the quality is simply amazing. We cannot express how happy we were with the work and service we received from Pallotta Construction. Paul is a very honest, patient and personable man, who quickly won our trust to undertake such a large (for us) project. From our initial consultations with Paul and his garden design consultant Imma, we were confident and excited to begin our project and we were not disappointed. Paul and Imma helped with the design, Paul went with us to pick out the stone and shared his recommendations. His crew is fantastic. They were friendly, exacting, and helpful beyond the scope of the job. They clearly have the same pride of workmanship as Paul. Neighbors were impressed with the work and worksite. The team was always there bright and early. Everything was tidied at the end of the day, and thoroughly cleaned at the end of the project. The job was completed on time, and at the quoted price. We have many people in the neighborhood stop and admire our new front yard, and even had someone come to the door to ask for the name of our contractor! The work that was completed really helped to enhance the pride of ownership in our home, and the project went so smoothly. We are so pleased with our decision to have Paul and his team complete our job, and would not hesitate to recommend his skills and service to anyone.

We needed to replace our garage floor which had dropped and cracked over the years, and found this company on-line. His quote was reasonable and his references very enthusiastic (as we now are too ) about his work. His team came on time, worked though a record heat wave to complete the job, and left our home tidy and in great shape. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his crew based on our experience!!

This is the second time we've contracted Paul to do work on our house (the first was to fix the concrete in our basement). As with the first job, Paul exceeded expectations! Our walkway is seriously one of the only things done on the house that met my 'dream' expectations (you know, the picture you have in your head). It was awesome to come home to such beautiful work! Paul was also courteous, friendly, and his team was more of the same. And - our invoice was for exactly the amount quoted.

We hired Paul to replace our front porch. Paul was very easy to deal with and completed the project quicker than estimated! Paul was honest, reliable and professional. We are very happy with the results and would certainly recommend Paul to anyone looking for to have concrete work done.

To put my review into perspective, we would be considered to be extremely particular, very hands-on, and...well, perfectionists. Paul Pallotta - the approchable and humble, yet confident owner - and his crew were exceptional. (Miguel was also a great employee if you're lucky to get him on your job.) Below is a quick overview of our experience and why you should use them: - No-haggle fair pricing: Great value based on the quality of work for the money. Though not cheap, the old adage is true: you get what you pay for. And what you get is fine workmanship that's built to last. Plus I've watched them and this is back-breaking labour-intensive work. They don't stop - no long breaks for these guys. - Unbelievable listener: A very underrated quality, which actually pays off in the long run and saves money. Because Paul listened so closely to our goals and vision as well as our emphasis on attention to detail, he was able to make suggestions along the way and took initiative to create better solutions. - Strong communication skills and work ethic: He described in detail (at our request) how he would do the work, provided a clear estimate with no hidden fees upon completion, answered our countless questions throughout the project, and was reachable via email or phone, always responding in a timely manner. - Patient and flexible: Unbelievably patient and adapted to changes throughout the project, including our initial design, several revised designs, and post-completion additional requests. When we had additional requests, Paul would never scoff at our pickiness, he would simply agree and strive to make us happy. - Integrity: Kept his word (i.e., promised to go out of his way and drop off samples for us and he did without being reminded, promised to be on site every day and he was). - Professional, punctual, polite, friendly, and thoughtful: Paul and crew demonstrated these attributes every day. For example, they worked in such a way that allowed us access to our entire property even when it inconvenienced them. They were consistent in their professionalism and extremely considerate of us and our home. - Clean and presentable: They actually made us proud to have them at our home...we looked good for hiring them. If you have large trucks parked by your house every day during a project, trust me, you'll want Pallotta's - they are nicely branded and meticulously maintained. Though you may laugh thinking this is insignificant, it actually reflects on who this company is. If they treat their equipment this well and display pride across all aspects of their company, they'll take even better care of you and your home (and they really did!). - Safe and neat working conditions: Went above and beyond to maintain an organized and safe work site. Especially appreciated since I was carrying our 9 month old around our property and regularly visited the backyard to sneak peeks of the progress. They put away tools and equipment, cleaned up, and swept our large driveway every night before leaving. - Beautiful work, on budget and on time: Exceeded our expectations and completed earlier than promised. The only "problem" I can think of: Paul was such a nice guy, we were sad to see him leave every day and kept chatting to him when he was understandably eager to get home but too polite to say it. :) Thank goodness we found a company in this industry like Pallotta that still believes in the proper way of doing something without cutting corners, instead of the quickest way to make a buck, and a company that still believes the client's happiness is paramount and believes in providing a stress-free, attitude-free experience. We're looking forward to working with them again. Paul started and finished on time. His workmanship was excellent and his ability to work with the client made the experience a pleasure. He was quick to answer our questions and concerns, always in a professional but friendly manner.

We hired Pallotta Construction Ltd to do major work to the outside of our house and we're glad we did. Right from the first phone call Paul Pallotta's knowledgeable and polite manner put us at ease when choosing what would work best for us. Paul and his designer, Imma, were able to come up with a beautiful design for interlocking pathways, gardens and plants. Paul and his crew, Dwayne and Mike, were hardworking and took their time to make everything right. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team.

I hired Palotta construction to solved a problem we got with our porch and steps at 15 different units at our complex. The year before we hired an other company and we were not happy with the results. Paul Palotta did a fantastic job at a competitive price. They are very easy to deal with and put a great deal to satisfied us up to the fine details. We are planning to give them some work this year again.
