I started this project over 12 months ago after getting 2 quotes. Ine from Pro concrete and one from another contractor. I had to wait for Pro Concrete so went with the other company. Worst mistake I could have made...now 1.5 years on Pro Concrete have today finished the job for me. They have made an amazing job, they are professional and their team are all a pleasure to deal with. They clean up after themselves and the finished job speaks for its self. Believe me wait and get the job done right the first time and not have to pay for it twice! Thanks very much Silvio and the team.

Pro Concrete & Paving LTD came and did my driveway and concrete lay in my backyard. They did a fabulous job, remained professional and tidy. The job was done in a timely manner and the guys are great! Highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with Pro Concrete, and the results are fantastic. We had seen a number of jobs done by them, both in our old neighborhood and our new one. We were very impressed with their work. There was a delay of a couple months from when we signed back the quote to when the work started, but it was well worth it. These guys must be in great demand. We had them do our front walkway and steps, side walkways on both sides of the house, the borders of the driveway, and a 24'x16' patio in the back yard. Within four days, they had prepared the area, cleared out our old deck, built the forms, poured the steps, poured everything else, exposed the aggregate, and did the patterned border. Then a week later, they came back to seal it. The only hiccup was that the sealer exposed the fact that our neighbor's cat had put 40 paw prints in the patterned border! The Pro Concrete guys were great. They came out and redid the border, and sealed it all again. It was an excellent experience, overall. Even their presentation materials are better than others we have seen. They actually include a listing, broken down by city, of all their previous clients, and the year of installation. That way, you can see how it ages. We get compliments on it from every person that visits us. I have even seen a few neighbors out with their own contractors, saying "I want that".

This company is Awesome. They did an excellent job and we have nothing but positive things to say. They were on time, they completed the job when they said they were going to, everyone that we dealt with was friendly, especially John, the end-result far exceeded our expectations, and there were no hidden surprises. They only take payment when the job is completed (no deposit required) and they always return calls (unlike other companies). We have random people giving us compliments!! This is a professional company that follows through on their word. You can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you John, Silvio and team at pro-concrete!

We have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were extremely professional- from the costing and initial drawings to the completion of the work. They were very accommodating with timing other landscaping contractors work and made sure that our sprinkler system was not affected by the excavation. The quality of the work is excellent. All of the workers were pleasant and professional. They even adjusted the plan to accommodate a drain for the front step. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the work that pro-concrete have done for me this week from the person in the office to each and every guy who came to the house. I wanted this company to do my path etc as my neighbours were happy with the work that they had done on their property. I can't say enough it was a pleasure to have them at my house this week.

My review is about a year overdue! We had Pro Concrete do our front stairs and porch in stamped concrete in June-July 2014. Arranging the job was easy and we were presented with multiple options. Their pricing was competitive with other companies I received quotes from. The crews that came out to do the work were very professional. Without exception every member was friendly and easy to work with. A great bunch of guys. Even after the plans had been made and agreed to they were open to making a few minor changes that I believe greatly enhanced the appearance of our porch. During the winter of 2014 a small piece of the bullnose edging came off. I contacted Pro Concrete and plans were arranged for repair, all I had to do was send and email with an attached photo. A few weeks later John came over (who had originally done our porch). He did the repair (it looks great) and he even helped me reseal it! Above and beyond service all the way. I would recommend this company to family or friends (and I already have). Good experience from start to finish.

Silvio and his team at Pro-Concrete are a top notch operation! I selected Pro-Concrete based upon my research and many happy homeowners in our neighbourhood. The company is very organized. I was leaving for vacation and was concerned that the job may not be completed before my departure but Silvio and his crews came on time as promised. One thing that stood out to me was that you do not pay until the work is completed. To me, that is a sign of a company that does quality work and is confident you will be satisfied. While I cannot speak to long term longevity, I am confident that my patio will last for years to come.

We had aggregate work done a couple years ago....we were very impressed and satisfied. Through our cold winters, we had some repairs that needed to be done. (slight cracks from shifting) Eugene for Pro Concrete was very helpful and did a wonderful job at making the the aggregate look brand new again. Thank you Eugene for coming back to my house even when you were en route home one evening to fix things up! You're a pro!

TESTIMONIAL TO PRO-CONCRETE We contracted PRO concrete to install our front steps and walkway to replace the original inter-locking brick design. We are retired seniors and my wife used to be an Interior Designer. We were pleasantly surprised to find PRO-con to be very professional in all aspect of their business, starting with their design proposal and quote accompanied by CV outlining their standard design and specification, cost estimate and work schedule. They have an Organization and System that are very effective and efficient. With regard to their customer service, we were impressed by thoughts given to our neighbors for dust created by washing some of the neighbors’ cars and driveways. Obviously, feed back we received from them were all positive. We were very glad to see that Eugene was very receptive to my wife’s change in design and scope. Also we were surprised to see Silvio visit us to inquire if we were satisfied with his completed project. We certain have no reservation in recommending PRO-con based on our experiences with them.
