The worst moving experience. North American Van LInes should be ashamed to have their name associated with this company. So many things were damaged, we had water damage in the plastic frog boxes, dining room tables, coffee tables, glass, metal, lamps. All damaged or destroyed. I had asked for extra insurance, but because of poor employees training on paperwork we were denied the added insurance. They wanted to be paid by cash to save the tax. Office policy on customer service is a waiting game. Only after 88 days and a claim to the BBB did I get some action. There was repairs made to some of the items and then they offered $100.00 to buy me off. BBB has them rated with A+ which is insane. 11 claims in 3 years. NOT RECOMMENDED - NOT A GOOD COMPANY

Do not bother choosing Purely Canadian Movers for your move! The movers never bothered removing their shoes even though I had brought up this point with the sales person prior to making a deposit for the move and I was promised that they would take care not to dirty the carpets. Gross outside shoes trekked all the way up to my BEDROOM - supposedly a CLEAN place! The men who moved were not professional but seemed like temporary workers. It took them so long just to move what little furniture we had in our 1 bedroom apartment. All the furniture was even disassembled by us the night before and they didn't even have to disassemble anything when they arrived. The estimate provided by the sales person seemed awfully low and despite us having done a great deal of work before the moving guys came, the cost still ended up higher than the estimate. It's crazy! They lost some screws on two of our furniture. My word of advice is do NOT choose this company if you are planning a move! Worst decision possible.

Purely Canadian movers delivered some appliances at our place. They showed up 3 hours late, scratched our floor, abandonned our old dishwasher (that they were supposed to pick up) on the law... yep, on the lawn, scream in front of our young children, swore at my husband, threatened us and told us we were picky for wanting our floor protected from mud and scratches!!! They left our kitchen appliances in the living room because we did not want them to do any further damage to our property. That was awful!

In Dec I had your company move my belongings. The crew included Harry, Trenn, Greg, Marshall and Tyson. These men were absolutely AMAZING! They were extremely knowledgable, professional, experienced and FAST! If it weren't for a 1 hour delay due to a roofing crew and through no fault of the movers, they would have beaten the estimate by 2.75 hours! These guys were fantastic!!!

I just wanted to let you know how very pleased I was with my Mom's move in Dec. The 3 movers, Harry , Rick, and Gord were extremely professional and did an awesome job. They were on time and took very good care of moving the contents. They were also very personable and hardworking. I am very impressed with all the great service I received from your company and will higly recommend Purely Canadian Movers in the future.

Having a reliable company that can accommodate on demand deliveries to job sites is crucial to our business. Purely Canadian has gone above and beyond by always getting our products to the sites no matter how short notice or day of the week we request. The staff from office personel through the warehouse and delivery crew are always polite., courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend you!

Purely Canadian has been responsive to the changing moving needs of the PNE Prize Home whether the move has been from the Lower Mainland to the Sunshine Coast or as far as the Okanagan. We have found the company to be very service oriented and responsive to our needs throughout the years. We would recommend your company to others because of our satisfaction with your service. happy ,good company, great job done by mick and his crew, nothing was broken , no damage to my floors , and no scratches on our furniture, i would say this company was good to do business with, and happy in the work which was nice to see and be aroiund they put my family at ease at what could have been a very stress full time , mick will always be or mover, thank you .
