Buying experience was good, quick and to the point. The desk arrived even earlier than promised, just on time for the beginning of the new school year. However, one corner of the desk was damaged, and we found that only after the parts were completely unpacked and partially assembled. We didn't want to go through disassembling, repackaging, returning and waiting for next month or so for the replacement, thus we just accepted the desk "as is". If not for that problem, I'd rate my satisfaction as clear 5.

Very helpful Salesman. Looked up different tables for us. We decided on the Eiffel dining table. Can't wait to get it. Delivery date is 09/13. We are going to buy our bed from your company next month.

We ordered the Flow lounge in store and waited approximately 2 weeks for the sofa to arrive (we were advised that we missed the window for the following week). The sofa arrived on time as stated. We opted for picking the up the sofa in store to save on shipping. The set up for this sofa was easy and straight forward. The lounge sofa is very comfy! Great for just lounging and watching TV!

Thankfully, all the furniture that I needed was in stock and the delivery service was on point. However, I bought the Evo coffee table and 2 days later, it was already scratched!

I went to lachenaie store. Only to look at the funiture. I saw buitifûl carpets. I was suprised to see the low prices. So suprised that i bought two. And i am very satisfied!

Great selection of designs, quality seems a bit better than Ikea for similar price. Nice to have things that are slightly different than every university student. Our staff person didn't seem to happy to be there, but otherwise excellent experience. We'll definitely go back.

Very satisfied with each of the products. Order came earlier than expected. Only downside was we were forced to pay a delivery fee due to weight of couch when we could have easily picked it up. Overall very happy with everything.

I bought dinning table chairs and a fabric bedframe. Great products and service. Products are modern and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Strutube to anyone redecorating or looking to refresh their space.
