    Arnold Sofa

    Really like the new couch but it seems everything else we want is out of stock. Hopefully it all comes in soon! Received the original shipment on time and delivery people were great.

    Two white Riko stools for our kitchen

    I bought two white Riko bar stools on sale for my Kitchen from Structube and couldn't be happier. The style fits perfectly and the quality is better than expected. On another note, the service at Structube Granville was great. Upon finding out that my preordered rug was larger than expected, they were happy to issue me a full refund with no hassle. Great experience all in all and will definitely be coming back!

    Chairs

    The product is great and the service was quick. I found what I was looking for. I went into the store and ordered my chairs. I was informed that they will arrive sometimes at the end of October.

    Home decor. Service was exceptional

    Exceptional service. Definitely will be going back. Love the furniture and decor pieces went in to brouse around. Found many pieces I would like to purchase in the near future

    Pick-up system

    Nice products. However the pick-up service is the worst I have seen in this modern day... That kind if slowness will kill that business fast. Line-up was all the way to the door, while staff at the counter were busy with customers shopping online and discussing their decoration needs. At least 3 customers were in line behind us to place an order and got tired of the never ending wait and left. Everything was paid for, all we wanted was to pick-up our chairs. While the line-up was building, ither staff was walkimg around and ignored the obvious problem. None took the initiave to even ask if some had fully paid and were there for pick-up. In a line of 10-12 customers, at least half were there for that. Upon exiting the store to drive around the back for pick-up, my wife asked me to remind her to never buy there again.

    Great quality and great customer service!

    After browsing online, I fell in love with the style and furniture. I visited a store in the GTA - didn't have the best experience, but the furniture trumped the experience. Went to a London, ON store and left with great service and great furniture! I have been recommending it constantly.

    Dinning chairs

    I just love my Eiffel chairs ! So easy to set up and such helpful staff at the store here in calgary .. I will for sure be back for my next news for new furniture etc

    Impeccable service

    I visited the Dundas/Winston Churchill location and received excellent service and was very happy with the deleivery service as well and would recommend Structure tube to anyone in need of furniture. Thanks Structure tube

    online ordering fiasco

    I wanted to order my new bedroom set last week before I left for holidays so I went to the Structube website and filled out the order details only to be met with a "Declined + *" message. The Ottawa store had no idea what could be the problem and suggested phoning the 'online store' who also had no idea and no suggestions to offer. They didn't seem to care in the least as far as I could tell. I tried from another computer, my husband also tried - all the while getting the same annoying error message. In the end I had to drive to the Ottawa store and give them my order and credit card in person. My credit card company had meanwhile noticed this activity and blocked my card. Not a great way to start my holiday!!!! Had to put a deposit off another account and straighten things out with VISA. After getting a routine "how was our service" follow up I sent in my reply only to be given a generic brush off answer (they didn't ask what error message I received or indeed solicit any info). This is my first dealing with your company and I dislike having my time wasted and feel that my business is of no importance. Customer service is EVERYTHING in todays competitive market. These surveys and follow ups don't matter if no one cares what feedback you are getting. Colour me disgruntled! Laura Snyder Ottawa 613-256-7906

    Living room furniture

    I'm sorry guys. To 90 dollars for delivery + wait 2 weeks + have to assemble all the furniture= not a good buying experience. I understand the warehouse is in Montreal but you need deposits on the other locations where you have stores too. One of my product came with small defects but I gave up changing it because it would take years to solve the problem.
