I came to the store found a really cheap sectional @$899. Paid $90 for delivery, This delivery charge was mandatory because the London store doesn't have warehouse to store it. As a small lady, I specifically asked if assembly was included. No hesitation the sales lady answered me yes. Now the delivery company called me and when I asked about assembly, the person said I need to pay additional $80. I called the store, and was told "no one in the store would tell you that $90 included assembly". I think this is the biggest harassment to their customer, because I came to the store with my friend. This sales lady wrote another salesperson's name (Mark) on the receipt, so now I can't remember her name. The salesperson code printed on my receipt is 1788, if she did not use Mark's code. Be careful when purchasing from this store, lots of hidden fees.

Great customer service in helping us with our needs we received our furniture with no problems very happy thank you . When returning to store they remembered who we where and asked if we where happy with our furniture and if delivery went well.

I purchase counter high chairs for my kitchen; Structube has the modern look I was looking for in high quality material, color selection is great. I am very happy with my purchase.

bought 4 stools, very reasonable and they look fantastic. similar tools in other stores were $300-350 range. We spent half of that on 4. Sales support and service was great.

Two young men. One a graduate and the other in upper years of university. Both moving into their own apartments. Different tastes and lifestyles. Structube was the place to go. We outfitted both apartments - from bed and mattress to floor and table lamps. The furniture is attractive, stylish, well made. The delivery was on time and the furniture was easy to put together. The apartments are amazing and well within our limited budget. Now, I'm looking at a few pieces for our own home.

We were in the market for a more modern and bright dining table but every store we were going too had something that our parents would take and not us - that dark and gigantic brown sets. Structure offered us something more light and airy that complimented our design style. They're ordering process was a breeze and the staff was more than helpful when they had none in store. They offered to order for us and shipped it to the store for free. Pickup was a breeze as well. Overall, we'd return in a heartbeat for more furniture.

Moved and bought a number of items from Structube - couch entertainment unit, table and chair. Prices were reasonable and love the selection and styles. Delivery is reliable and expensive for one item but have an offer of deliver any number of items for the same price. Everything has to be assembled. Some pieces such as chairs and table were easy to put together but I needed to hire someone to do the entertainment unit and couch and found the person they recommended to be expensive.

I bought a mattress and bed frame at Structube recently and got it delivered. A piece of fabric wasn't the right size. I called them and they got the piece only a few days later. I had to pick it up in store to exchange the one I had though. But the service was great.
