Should have been better visual diagram for instructions for assembly. There are no marks as to where to screw the hinges on the doors. It is a pleasure shopping experience at Don Mills store. The sales is very helpful and give a good suggestion. I came back on the other day to adjust the purchase order. The sales rep. Jennifer is very nice to help even the purchase order originally was not done by her. I ordered a couch that was on backorder. All along the way, the Structube staff at DDO have been friendly, informed and super helpful. They ALWAYS remember me and my order- incredible! As it turns out, my long-awaited couch cannot get into my apartment - argh! The delivery guys left my furniture scattered all over my apartment and did not allow me to inspect the furniture before asking me to sign the waiver form. They did not unwrap the couch sections and left heavy boxes in the middle of the floor instead of leaning them against the wall. The instructions for the couch itself states not to use power tools, but the legs require one large screw and three smaller supporting wood screws that do not have pre-drilled holes, and poorly drawn chalk lines indicate which way the legs are supposed to go on. I ended up using a cordless drill anyway. The cabinet also has a couple missing pre-drilled holes. Also, everyone in their Gastown store basically stands around watching videos on cell phones instead of asking if customers need help. Nice cushions though.Answer from pro:

I visited the store in South Commons Edmonton following a discovery of the chairs online. The display in the store was very attractive and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The chairs I wanted were not in stock and are not expected in until later this month. I find it rather humurous that I received an email from Structube itself to write a review about my disastrous experience with this company. I ordered a kitchen table, chairs, and arc lamp from them several months ago. The kitchen table came broken and the arc lamp was broken and missing key pieces. Instead of picking up the defective pieces, they decided to send me each replacement piece separately. This required me disposing of the other pieces myself which was no easy task. Also, all of this required numerous phone calls and emails to speak with someone who could actually help me. Several weeks ago, I set up the arc lamp and it is also defective despite the new pieces they sent me. I am still in the process of trying to get this returned but Structube has once again made this very difficult - insisting that I try to change its configuration in multiple ways. I am still waiting for a response from them. I would highly recommend any and everyone to stay far away from using this company. Their customer support is atrocious at best.
