Good people around to help us, and my family enjoy to see the new furniture for our new home. The girls select all the staff for they rooms, now they enjoy everything we have in our new home.

We purchased several furnitures after move to new place. Structure's items are well designed and in a reasonable price range. People work there are nice and helpful. We returned two times and purchased new items because the size, they were helpful, and gave advise such as ship to location close by to pick up so we saved a lot on shipping cost.

I have been searching for a sofa that fits our narrow living room for almost 3-4 months and suddenly I found this brochure in the mail. I search online and was impressed by the chic furniture options. I went to the shop and ordered it but unfortunatley few color options. However, the choose the one in grey fabric. The delivery was well in time. the dimensions were perfect for easy delivery through our front door and to my surprise it looked fantastic!

I was moving into my own apartment in Fairview (Vancouver BC) after ten years of living with my mom due to medical complications and was very excited as you can well imagine. While exploring my new hood I happened upon your Granville location and was thrilled as Mid Century Modern was my preferred look and the price was right. Straight away I was greeted and spoke to the staff who were friendly and approachable. The furniture is well made and easy to put together. My friends love my apartment and I have recommended Structube to many my mom has even ordered from you. I am looking forward to the Fall Collection as I'm not completely done with furnishings

Great service and fast delivery! No problem whatsoever. Once I ordered at the store, delivery was done within a couple weeks. Fantastic support throughout, and definitely will shop here again.

We had just move into our new place and was looking for a couch and we stumble upon structure. It was reasonable in pricing and the look and style was just want we wanted. The staff was very helpful and set us on our way. When the couch was delivered, the delivery guys were super nice. We set up the couch and realized the cushions and legs were missing. We called the delivery guy and they couldn't help, and stuctube had no customer service since it was about 7 pm. We were very upset that we couldn't get anyone to help. We called the store when they opened the next day and they had informed us that everything was under the couch. I wish they had written this in the instructions instead of us being upset with everything and it was one simple resolution. Overall the couch is super comfortable and every one was super kind and helpful.

I purchased two lovely mirrors from Structube that were very affordable and exactly what I was looking for in my space. The mirrors had to be ordered but they came in really quick. Excellent customer service!

I love my dinning table ao much, it is beautiful and great quality. Every guest asks where ee got our table and everyone says they absolutely love the style, the colour and the quality.

The delivery men became extremely frustrated when the sectional we purchased did not fit into our townhouse (p.s. I was very careful to check delivery dimensions well ahead of time which turned out to be incorrect). I then simply requested that the delivery men remove the packaging to make the pieces smaller to facilitate getting them into our townhouse. He turned and looked into my face and said "hey, how about I leave it right here on the stairs?". I then asked him to please leave my house and thankfully the construction workers at our site helped us to squeeze the pieces up the stairs. Terrible delivery service. Experience ruined.
