    Not bad but quality wasn't the best, took ages to construct the items purchased, overall not bad. Some items were marked and scratched as well

    Not bad but quality wasn't the best, took ages to construct the items purchased, overall not bad. Some items were marked and scratched when we got them. Would order again but will be showing the store pictures of the items received that were marked.

    Kitchen

    Ordered our stools on line and was so pleased we went to the store and ordered a dining room set. The table set was delivered on the promised date Very pleased

    Product

    I re-did my office and needed accent pieces for the sitting area, the end tables were the perfect choice, interesting design with wood and glass, and after looking in many furniture stores, Structube was the only one that had more modern design pieces.

    Sofa

    Love the sofa. Very affordable and good quality. Service was excellent. Store ordered sofa for me and let me look at it before taking it home. Saved me the hassle of returning it if I didn't like it.

    Bar stools

    I simply just love structure. Super friendly staff as well as really great furniture. I've gotten my bar stools, table and chairs and a couple accents there! Always shopping on the site

    Sofa

    Quality and price completely satosfacty compared to product of others. Shipping and delivery was correct, exact day as promised in showroom, packkaging was appropriate so nothing got damaged. Definitely will buy again from you

    Always damaged chairs, no compensation for the lost month

    We had purchased chairs about a month and half ago. Since the chairs were not in stock we waited about 15 days for the chairs to be shipped from their supplier. They had not inspected the chairs and upon opening the boxes, all 4 chairs were damaged, one was completely unusable, the others had a lot of visual blemishes. They apologized and ordered the same set again which meant waiting about 15 more days. After receiving these, we called and asked that they inspect these to avoid the same issue as I did not want to carry the chairs back home to discover that they were damaged again. They have inspected the chairs and found that they too were all damaged. Instead of offering a similar model for the same price or any kind of compensation, after waiting a month for the chairs, we had to go to get a refund. Completely useless business practice, I will not be buying from them again.

    Chairs

    Good quality excellent sales people. I will shop there again. We needed 2 inexpensive chairs for watching tv in our cottage at Hacketts Cove. Similar chairs at other stores were at least 50% more.

    Amazing service! Deliver right on time! Very good price

    I bought my kitchen table at Structube last June and I received amazing service from Lena from strucrube in Vaudreuil. She mixed and matched every single chair the store had and branch to take sure it looked great. Look at the result below

    New Home Furnishing

    We had a great experience with our Structube purchase. Really looking forward to furnishing the rest of our house with that $100 gift card! Love all of the great designs!
