excellent customers service in store..the store representative gave me excellent decoration idea. i purchased a couch, centre table, side table and the help me to pick out mirror, area rug and also chairs for my kitchen island and everything looks great all put together. i received my items in a timely manner.Answer from pro:

Style of furniture is nice; quality hit or miss...got the coffee table but something is wrong with the assembly (hole was not drilled into the correct spots). Coordinating a more specific delivery time is painful.Answer from pro:

I walked in to Structube knowing what I wanted but needing to confirm I liked the table in person. It was right in the front window and won me over from the sidewalk! Not only did they get it in store for me in a week, they also helped load it into my truck!Answer from pro:

I picked out bar stools in May. Paid $107 to order them. Was told i would have to wait until July/Aug to get then. They arrived during a move & travel in late Jun. Went to pick them up in Jul and was told they were resold without even checking with me. If you hold my money and expect me to wait months for chairs you should have the patients to let me pick them up or at least tell me they will be resold. Very poor service.Answer from pro:

I ordered two night stands in November 2016 from Structube.com. First, they were supposed to ship in February, but the delivery company lost the shipment. Then, after dealing with many, many unhelpful Structube costumer service reps, I was promised I would have my order by May. I just got it today, in July, a full 7 months and dozens of phone calls and emails after I ordered it. And what did I get for all of that waiting? Low quality, overpriced furniture. The two night stands had obviously been previously returned (I can't blame the last owner), as the packaging was in shambles. The stands themselves were already scuffed and dinged. The wood is already seperating at the seams on the corners. The pilot holes for the metal hardware are so misaligned that I can't get one of the screws in. The sliding rails on the drawers are already rusty and almost impossible to open. In the end, I can't help but laugh that I spent so, so much of my time and money to get these night stands. I should've just gone to Ikea. All I can say for now is that you won't fool me twice, Structube.Answer from pro:
