Tech Geoff came installed the hot water and toilet bowls . He did an excellent work,he is a very polite and knows his Trade, left our house very clean. Kudos to Geoff.

Furnace wouldn't stay lit or maintain temperature. New igniter was required. George was excellent and then some!

After doing a minor repair on a bathroom tap, we discovered the water shut off valve under the sink was leaking and we had a big mess in the room below. Knight Plumbing came to the rescue in the evening. Fast and efficient service. What was a very stressful event turned out to be a lesson learned. Have never had a bad experience with Knight Plumbing!

We purchased our hotwater tank through Knight Plumbing in 2012. We have used them for service calls three times since the installation. Most recently we replaced our roof and began having some difficulties with the heat sensor shutting off our tank. I found the customer sevice and maintenance people most helpful in working through the process to solve the problem. I feel the I am valued as a customer with this group.

Had intermittent problems with furnace operating. Responded same day I called and resolved the problem. Explained the problem and demobstrated what was happening. Service person was very courteous.

Dan, the technician, arrived on time and was friendly and polite. After going over the cost of the job, he quickly got down to work on replacing our water heater. Dan worked efficiently and took care not to damage anything. Once done he showed us how the new unit operated. He cleaned up after him and was on his way. We are very pleased with the service we received from Knight Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

I have used Knight for furnace service, A/C install and most recently, furnace cleaning. I'm always impressed that they show up on time and don't make me wait around all day. My tech today was David and he was friendly and competent.

Installed a Navian tankless heater about 6 years ago and since then have not been able to find anyone that new about this unit. Saw Knight Ad with a Navian in the picture so phoned them to do repairs. Clint and helper(Scott) came, replaced the internal pump and answered all my questions. Very impressed. Had them come back the following week to install a recirculating line. I went 6 years having to run my taps for 1 to 2 min. to get hot water but now it only takes seconds. Fantastic. They are now my plumber for any future work. It has been 5 months and I am still loving my instant HOT water.

We had a great group of guys come to the house - Kevin, Jason, Leigh and Andrew. Together they installed a water softener, steam humidifier and thermostat. They kept me updated with the progress, showed me how to use the equipment and were easy to get along with - obviously professionals. Enjoying our new equipment already!
