They were on time, quick and left everything neat and tidy. andrew and Kris were polite and told me everything they were going to do. Gave the price before starting.

Professional service: arrived on time, did a diagnosis and estimated costs in advance. He made a recommendation to add an access point which would make it easier for the next time we needed this service. What I liked was that he did not push this idea, but waited patiently while I made the decision, and provided enough information for me to understand it. The work was completed at the initial estimate price. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. He took time to discuss preventative measures too. I would use this service again.

Arrived 1.5 hours after initial phone call. Confirmed diagnosis, gave costs up front, not charged any extra other than call out fee. Professional, tested their work thoroughly, assured original problem was fixed properly. Not the first time I have called them and not the last. Recommended further work.

Initially George, the technician from knight plumbing, did a great job installing the bidet attachment to the toilet. Unfortunately due to no fault of his, the attachment the bidet that i had ordered came with, was made of plastic. It did not create a tight seal, and was found leaking. When I called the after hours number, Knight plumbing immediately responded and had another technician call me and find out what the problem was. 30 minutes later the other technician arrived and spent more than one hour trying to solve the leak for me. He welded his own attachment to replace the plastic one and I must say i was so impressed by the design and the thinking out of the box that he did. I owe him for saving me spending another day with a leak. I am very impressed by the professionalism both technicians showed, and the hard work they put in solving my problem. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a leak in the basement and knew it was coming from the toilet upstairs. They came in figured out what was wrong and had it fixed in less than 1 hour. The plumber was very nice and outgoing. The only complaint I have is that they are quite expensive on a per hour basis so really make sure you need someone.

Customer service was exceptional. The work was done expertly and the professionally. They had to come back to change over a defective tap. They completed the job triple tested it and were gone in less than an hour. Very good company.

Great work on replacing a cracked pipe joint, leaky shut off valve, and a proper joint under the kitchen sink. Took time by request to check all plumbing in the house and make sure the water pressure is up to standard. Very educational, polite, timely, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Thank you Jonathan for taking such great care of us through the whole process, the whole team was fantastic. It is so nice to sleep in cool quiet comfort. What's even better is our electricity consumption actually less now than in previous summers without AC. Can't wait to see how the new furnace works in the winter. Many thanks to Jason, Carlos and Dave for helping us identify our plumbing issue. We had another company do some work for us, but it was Knight Plumbing who was able to actually identify the problem and provide specifics about our issue. We discussed the issue with Dave over the phone, he was able to explain what we needed, and he set up our appointment immediately. Jason called before he came by, and they were prompt. Jason and Carlos were very professional. They were able to find the problem with a camera, and identify the spots in the house where the issues were. Jason was not only very clear about the issue, and why we have been having the plumbing problems that we've had, but he showed genuine care about our problem. They were very thorough and wrote up a very detailed invoice which was very helpful. Thank you!

Had Jason call me first thing to confirm our appointment. Arrived Prompty after and asked what the issue was. After providing an up-front quote he began to work. Not only did he have to cut out the old clean out cover, he spent 2 hours augering the line with two different auger heads. We tested the drain and it's running great. Cleaned up the worksite and ran thru future recommendations to keep things "running". Great job!
