Jason has been "our" go to plumber for a few years now, so it was a delight to have him help us out once again. He is always warm and courteous as well as professional. The job was done well and efficiently...as usual. And he didn't even make fun of me for breaking the thing in the first place. ;) Thanks again Big J . Also will give a shout out to the call center - they are always friendly and helpful and also have a warmth about them. I recommend Knight to anyone who asks.

These gents were very social and very hard working. They ran into some issues with our house and worked through the rain to fix them. They came back the next day and finished the job very well. Over all great service and company.

I placed an emergency after hours call to Knight Plumbing. They took my info and said that their on-call person would call me back. 5 minutes later, Clint called and said he was on his way. Clint cut out the leaky plastic valve going into the top of my hot water tank, replace it with a much better metal version and was all done in about 30 minutes. Quick, professional, quality service.... Exactly what you are looking for in an after hours emergency call. I would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing to my friends. Thanks again Clint!

Called Knight plumbing - spoke to a real person right away!!! And a very pleasant one at that! Said they would send someone as soon as available. Clint came out and replaced my hot water tank in a couple of hours and did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough and never pressured me. Mentioned a coupon I was able to use and got my 5% senior discount. A most pleasant and capable young man. There was a 2 x 4 blocking the exit of the old tank which he said was no problem and took care of it with no issues. What a pleasant and unique experience! No hidden charges.

Ciara came to my home and quickly explained the issue with our sink and drainage, living in an older home she also provided me with some tips to ensure that we don't need to keep having people come back for something that can be avoided. She also provided a few options for the issue we had with our leak but let me know her opinion on long term value which is the option we chose. Issue was fixed same day, we are very satisfied with the work.

Hi - First I would like to say I'm sorry to hear Frank Howard retired. He was fabulous! We were introduced to Knight Plumbing when we purchased a Jayman home and Frank was my guy who helped me trouble shoot all my issues - especially with the Navien! Today the exceptional service continues with people like Daniel the technician and Alex M. the apprentice who came to fix the leaking/disassembled Moen faucet mess my husband and I created by thinking Youtube would make us "handy". They were understanding, non-judging and very customer service oriented. They solved my issue faucet works fabulous. I wish all repair places had people like this! Thanks so much.....

Your technician Dan did not give up on our tough and stubborn two drain blockages. Without Dan, we were hooped without the ability to use any home conveniences that used water. Even at the late hour of the day, Dan showed up, pleasant and ready, and worked at the blockages until resolved despite the frustrations of dislodging those blockages. He persisted to success and we are so glad he did. Thanks Dan for getting the job done. We appreciate your dogged efforts. As you said, sometimes the sun does shine where least expected.
