My initial call into office was answered Professionally and most helpful. I called on Wednesday and they came out the next day. Friendly, professional, helpful and was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

Daniel was informative and quick and was able to fix the slow drain in a matter of minutes - we will now use him for future calls and have one placed for another job. Love his quick wit as well.

Had Karl from Knight Plumbing and Heating to come and look at our faulty furnace and that of no heat. Karl arrived when he said he would and was extremely friendly, informative, and efficient. He was a pleasure to chat with and his professionalism was above par. Tonight I sit in an abundance of heat. Thanks Karl, you the man!

Tyler was extremely professional and well groomed. We discussed all my options before proceeding with the work. He was not pushy and provided me with sound advice as to the optional time lines for services. He came to clean my furnace but asked about cleaning my dryer vent. I was not aware this service was provided but definitely agreed to have it done that day. My dryer runs so much better now. I really appreciate Tyler's advice.

Karl and Travis were professional clean and very polite.. Explaining costs and work as it was being done. I never felt rushed or pressured and understood what my money was going for. At 11:30 pm I discovered our hot water tank had a leak and was flooding our furnace room...I called the 24hr emergency line and the lady was very kind, calming and helpful. The on call technician called us almost immediately and walked us through turning off the tank/making everything safe (which certainly helped us sleep better). The next morning Dan came over and repaired the tank...getting us back to normal life. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He also provided advice on how to best move forward with handling the water damage/potential mold and the safety of our family..which was very considerate of him. Thank you for making a stressful situation as positive as possible and doing a great job!

Very over price for having them declog two bathroom drains. Plus they were to have come the day before at 8a, but the Plummer couldn't get his van started. No call from any one till we called at 9a to find out what happened. Re-schedule for today at 8a. Got a call at 8:30a that they were on there way and would be there shortly. They arrived at my door at 9:45a. We're at my house for a little over a half hour and it cost $480. Plus two half days of work missed. Will not be calling them back anytime soon or recommending them. I will use someone else next time.

Two toilets leaking inside tank. One not filling properly the other spraying water everywhere. Service tech arrived about one hour after placing the call. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Recognized the issue right away. Call completed efficiently and professionally.
