The staff are very knowledgeable about every thing plumbing and made some great recommendations that we would never have thought of. They were on time efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend highly.

Great service. Second time with the same service technician and everything was on time, and the quote was the exact final price with no surprises. The new outside water line works great.

to quote the city inspector "i will not list the mistakes, basically everything is wrong"...then after fixing, a later plumber noted more mistakes. shower started leaking behind drywall, to top it off they put it through visa without our authorization.AWEFUL ALL AROUND

Our existing hot water tank failed on us a couple weeks ago. The tank was clearly cracked and leaking and when I shut off the water to the tank, the shut-off valve was leaking too, causing us to have to shut off the water main and call for emergency replacement. We chose Knight Plumbing, because of favourable reviews online and a van that is parked in our neighbourhood. The fellow who came by was clean and pleasant and at our house within an hour of the call. He did an assessment and recommended an equivalent model. The emergency replacement costs are high, and due to the situation, we did not really have the luxury of shopping around. The replacement (including removal of old tank) took less than 90 minutes and the workspace was tidy. I'd recommend them, but try to do tank replacement during regular hours if you can. Had a water line leak in the front yard - on our portion, not the city's. Knight Plumbing billed us for quite a number of hours and then insisted that the hole had to be dug larger to fit their cribbing. Meanwhile we were paying for a hydrovac unit hourly, and the hole was already sufficiently large enough to get the job done. Eventually, we went with another contractor but still ended up paying Knight a huge bill. We paid the guys who actually did the work less than what we paid Knight.

These guys are amazing, I was having issues with my shower going hot and cold, super strange as there was no issues with my hot water in the rest of the house. They came out promptly and were able to diagnose and solve the issue very quickly, I now have a happy wife :)

Knight Plumbing and heating ltd. has a great product and even better service. They provided me a great product till this I absolutely love using and saves me a few bucks every month. I recomend Knight Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

Had to coordinate a plumber with an appointment with the city for water shut off to my home. Booked an appointment with AAA Knight Plumbing 2 weeks prior to the scheduled shut off. Called the plumbing company the day before to confirm the apointment, the city worker showed up, but no plumber. The city worker stayed for 25 minutes waiting then had to leave for the next appointment. Very unprofessional, don't use this company if you're looking for a reliablility.
