The plumber scratched my toilet bowl terribly when he snaked it, quite disappointed about that. And it was expensive just for this service

They came in with the proper equipment as my place is a townhouse and it's too far away to park and use the hose so they brought a portable machine. They were quick and professional.

My furnace stopped working on Friday evening, right before the big chill was coming to Calgary. I called Knight Plumbing and a technician came at 1 am. The technician, Steve, was wonderful, assessed the issue, replaced the worn out parts (my furnace is 23 years old), and had my furnace up and running within an hour! Forever thankful to Knight Plumbing!

Our furnace stopped working on a Thursday, with -27 to -35 temps on the way by the weekend. Steven arrived early Thursday evening, recommended a replacement and loaned us some heaters to get us to the next day. Friday morning, Steven and Trevor arrived to dismantle and take away the old furnace and installed the new one. Fantastic job, professional, efficient and friendly service!

On Thanksgiving, our deep fryer died at the restaurant I run. We needed to get a new one hooked up as fast as possible, so I called several places. Out of the 4 places I called, Knight was the only one to call me back. The tech arrived within the hour and has us hooked up and ready to go in under 45 minutes. Tankless water heater was working intermittently. Geoff, the tech did a great job investigating the issue and continually kept me up to date on his progress addressing the problem.

The furnace is 4 years old and was installed by Knight Plumbing. The upstairs thermostat needed new batteries, so we installed them and the furnace kept running and running so we had a technician come in to look at it. Geoff our technician came on Dec. 1, 2022 and did a full inspection, checked to make sure the thermostat was working properly and gave us a ton of information about how to use our extended warrenty, who to talk to about installing a soft water system and how to make sure the furnace was working properly. Geoff was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain how the whole furnace system worked. Thanks very much!!

Technician Dan did a great job fixing the valve in the water reservoir of my toilet. He was fast and reliable.

Justin and Tudor did an amazing job of cleaning my furnace and air ducts . They were courteous and professional . Everything was explained to me and an estimated time of completion . They made sure everything was cleaned up and I am absolutely pleased with the completed job .
