Our original boiler died in November and we needed to replace it quickly. We got 4 quotes ranging from $5900-$24 000. We chose Knight because of their professional and friendly employee who came to do the quote and because he was able to answer all of our questions. He also sourced all the necessary parts right away and then shuffled his schedule to start ASAP. The work was done efficiently with attention to details and clean up after each day. We were advised of what was happening each day and were given notice before water or gas had to be off for a short time. We have no reservations in recommending Knight. Jane

Tyler was on time, courteous, and provided all details about work required once he assessed the situation. Completed the job in a timely fashion, discussed what work was performed and provided instructions if any issues occur. He was knowledgeable and ensured any questions I had were answered.

Had a late night leak in the house. Toilet was plugged and clean-out had a hole in it which was leaking water in to the walls. Called Knight and they had a plumber come out right away. After hour service is expensive, but the tech was very professional. He tried to keep things quiet as my mother-in-law was sleeping in the room next door. Fixed the issue.

Replacement of the main water shut off valve was completed quickly and efficiently and Tyler was great to deal with. Coordination with the city to shut off outside valve was seamless thank you! Gary
