Showed up, knew nothing about water softener, said he was going to contact with repair info but never called. Paid $80 for him to tell me nothing. Would not recommend.

Came in early in the morning got rid of all the old stuff drilled in the necessary holes cleaned up after themselves and we’re going around one afternoon. All told, I’m very satisfied.

Out toilet started leaking through the floor because of a clog and was a very slow drain. After trying to fix the problem ourselves, we decided to call a plumber. The first company never called us back, but knight plumbing got back right away. The technician was friendly and professional, giving us our options without pressuring us one way or the other.

Arrived on-time and solved the cause of our leak causing a stain on the downstairs ceiling. I would recommend using them to work on your plumbing fawcets and taps especially.

The technician, Tyler, that helped us was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and an provided sound advice. Not only he is a professional, but he is an expert at what he does in troubleshooting our issues. He was also available for discussing other recommendations unrelated to the issue at hand, which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend Knight Plumbing for everyone.

Competitive price for new Trane AC and furnace, including installation. Installed by Cody; very pleasant young man. Took the time to explain operation of furnace and humidifier and thermostat. AC unit to be installed next spring.

Had a toilet flushing slowly, Knight came and fixed the valve quickly and did a complimentary review of the rest of the plumbing and heating systems in our house. The tech investigated the issue, discussed the problem clearly and gave a reasonable cost estimate on the spot. Unfortunately, our air conditioner failed right at the beginning of the heat wave; Knight Plumbing came to our house timely, provided a detailed assessment of the air conditioner prior to recommending replacement options and discussing the pros and cons of each model.
