With ongoing issues with our water drainage, I found water in the basement around a fridge and our water heater. Thinking it was one of these, I called Knoght. Turns out the problem was a blockegae in the sewer drain caused by roots invading the pipe. It was cleared and everything back to normal within 2 hours. Turns out it was on City land and I should have called 311. But, all good, service was prompt, the problem identified and corrected. I like Knight and think they are professional and polite and charge reasonable rates.

Sean Sean performed warranty inspection on our furnace. He was polite informative and professional at all times.This was the first inspection on our furnace which was installed one year ago.

The technician showed up on time and identified the problem quickly. He quoted an acurate price before doing the work. He had the part with him on arrival and completed the work in one trip. We had heat again quickly on a cold day. Joe

Knight Plumbing and heating is awesome. Called on December 23rd because of a clogged kitchen sink. Mike came out and fixed my problem the same day. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely call The plumbing knights again if I ever need to be rescued again.

When we decided to renovate our bathroom we looked no further than Knight. Clint came over and took measurements and sent us some ideas for material. When we decided with the new walk in shower he looked after everything from there. On the day of the renovation he was here when he said and both he and another Tech went right to work. It was a challenge for sure but they adapted very well to the obstacles and found the solutions. We were especially impressed with the way they constantly were cleaning up as the reno went on. It took 3 days and each day you wouldn't even know they were here. They always showed respect of our home and respect in the workmanship as well. Day 2 and 3 was just Clint and he did a fantastic job of checking with me as I was home through the entire reno. My input mattered and he did everything he could to accommodate any requests. From the floor savers on their boots to the floor runners to protect the floors, we were very happy. The project is now complete and We are super excited to use our new shower. Great job Clint and the rest of the team at Knight. Would always highly recommend and will. And a sincere thank you to Clint for allowing me to hang out during the reno and for the chats. Sean was really friendly and worked really well on checking our new furnace and showing some programs on the thermostat Very pleasant We have used knight plumbing for numerous upgrades the past 2 years

Knowledgeable and efficient. Explained install and benefits of customer supplied faucet. Did explain problem with leak in previous faucet and why it was necessary to replace it quickly. Agreed with removal and install plan Knight plumbing suggested.

I will definitely not recommend this at all! Beware of the expensive charge and a rude plumber! He said he was waiting for us 25 minutes to come home but the appointment is 5pm. We came at 5pm. It's not my problem if you're too early with the appointment. Imagine he's blaming us for the time that he waited! What a customer service! He almost asked for 900$ for just 30 mins of work of clogged drainage. And you know what, we were frozen for the whole night until now as this technician might made a mistake on our furnace. Because he accessed our mechanical room while fixing the clog. And now what to do with the furnace, ask them again to fix it so we can pay them again. Wow, isn't it great to take money from someone else?! We called them and said they will get back to us. Sarcastically such a great help!!!

My home furnace was not functioning properly, it would only run for short periods and quit. I called Knight Plumbing & Heating, They sent out a tech the following morning, named here as Sean. He was very polite and courteous. Sean put his extensive knowledge to use and within minutes he had found several problems. He explained in detail what was happening and proceeded to make the necessary repairs plus a full tune-up and cleaning. The job was done rather quickly. Great service! I would recommend Knight Plumbing, Heat & Air Conditioning and will use them going forward for any repairs and regular maintenance. Rod

Friday night of a long weekend, discovered that the hot water tank was leaking and likely had been for awhile. Called first thing Saturday morning and promptly got a call back from the technician. Technician arrived and to my pleasant surprise was told that the tank was repairable. Technician was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and conducted the work effeciently. Thank you!
