Came to replace hot water tank, brought one with them. Small area, put in new tank, set tank so all turn offs and temperature settings were easily assessable, vacuumed entire area where tank was, added insulating rubber around pipes close to electrical panel, checked furnace while there. Demonstrated what all valves were for before leaving. Exceptional customer service, went over and above to fix and solve the problem. Thank you Sean b:))

Had Karl from Knight Plumbing into to assess furnace malfunction, decision that a new furnace was best option, explanation and quote given, arranged and booked, all in one visit. Done!

Had Karl in to fix my Modine garage furnace today as the pilot light would not stay lit. He replaced the thermocoupler and now we have heat once again. Thanks Karl! I also had Knight install my AC unit and cleaned my furnace and vents just over a year ago and I am very pleased with the service and work performed. I will only use Knight for all my Plumbing and heating needs.

Our furnace stopped working sometime later in the night, and the wife noticed it was quite cool in our house. We checked the thermostat and it was 18 degrees, but we had it set to 20. After I checked around and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary I contacted Knight plumbing and heating after reading their google reviews and spoke with Karl. The wife was concerned as we have a 20 month old child, and his room was cooling off. Karl was super helpful on the phone, we discussed how much it would cool off and he said to light the fire place and it would be fine throughout the night and to call back first thing in the morning. We called back and Karl showed up. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was and how to go about fixing it/avoiding it in the future. The wife and I were really impressed with his service and have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

I was very pleased with my service. I was advised that someone would come to my home in the afternoon. I received a call at 10AM from Dan . He advised me that he could fit me in , in the am. I was so glad that he called with the request to change my appointment. When he arrived he introduced himself and asked me a few questions about my toilet problems. He got to work right away and resolved the problem. He worked quickly and quietly. I greatly appreciated the information he conveyed to me in regard to any future calls and information on upgrading and fixtures in my home. I was very satisfied with the service.

Technicians were very professional and friendly and right on time. Took the time to explain furnace maintenance that I was not aware of. They completed the work in the time they said it would take. Great service!

The technician was very knowledgeable-he reviewed our furnace and found no issues. He then inspected the plumbing in all areas and detected a leak in the kitchen island and issues with the two bathroom faucets. He was able to present options, call suppliers and develop a plan with us to complete these repairs . We have used Knight Plumbing for the last 18 months and have found this company to be very reliable and responsive to issues. As a result, we are on a monthly plan with them as this provides some discounts (10%) and great service.

We recently purchased a home that needed two 19-year-old furnaces and non-working humidifiers replaced, and heating runs extended into a "finished" basement. After researching furnaces and receiving quotes, we decided to go with Knight Plumbing, Heating and AC. The quote was fair and the technician, Kevin, explained everything up front and answered questions. Kevin and his team completed the installation within the given timeframe. Kevin was able to troubleshoot unforeseen issues related to the way the basement had been finished to extend the heat runs. While we couldn't put in as many heat runs as originally planned, Kevin was able to place the ones he could in a way that works well for the space. He adjusted the invoice accordingly, which we felt was honest. The service was efficient, the price was fair and Kevin and his team were knowledgeable and respectful.
