Checkup of A/C, humidifier
Karl found concerns with both A/C and Humidifier. Explained I had to look after now husband can't. He explained everything and I took notes so I can check the areas that needed action and ensure I do what is needed every year, or less. Karl was beyond kind and patient with his assistance with the issues. I will be able to check and ensure all is fine with my A/C and humidifier. Karl is an exemplary employee and I would without question refer Knights to friends.

Furnace repair
Rob, from Knight heating was on time and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and communicated what needed to be fixed. The blower motor was replaced and we got heat. Great service and professional.

Furnace repair
We needed a furnace repair on a Saturday morning. They came within a couple of hours. Josh was knowledgable with our type of furnace and was able to fix the problem. We had a question after he left, and we were able to reach out and speak to him directly..

Tankless water and furnace service
Derek and Trevor on tankless water heater, and bought service contract from Derek. George and Tudor re wired and serviced furnace. Excellent work done by both crews, on the same day, very efficient and professional. We invite these services from your company for those very reasons. Thank you.

Furnace, HEPA, humidifier maintenance
Tony provided excellent maintenance service on all the units. furnace, HEPA and humidifier. Very professional, efficient, timely and personable.

Replaced faulty furnace control panel
Igor debugged the problem and ordered a new controller / thermostat for our furnace. He also showed me how to bypass the controller while waiting for delivery of the replacement part. He installed the new controller and tested it. He also hooked in our humidifier so we can control that from our central thermostat as well. So many thanks for the excellent work Igor.

Single Handle Kitchen Faucet / Toilet Flush Valve Replacement
My job was farmed out to a third party plumber which is fine, however they didn't respect the 2 hour service window I was promised by Knight Plumbing, they didn't show up and they didn't call. When I called Knight Plumbing I was told it was a crazy day but I was next on the list, but they couldn't tell me at what time.? When the plumber finally called I was told it was in my best interest to go and by the faucet myself, single handle faucets are 1 size fits all, call back for an appointment to have it installed. Makes sense except why would you make your customer sit at home and wait for a plumber to call ? Why couldn't your booking agent provide this direction? If you're going to farm out your jobs to a third party make sure they respect your customers assigned timeline. I bought the faucet but based on poor customer service I am looking at having it installed by a reputable competitor.

Good day Rob, I have had a chance to look into your concerns, Derek is our service technician that day he is one of our service techs as we never send out 3rd parties as we don't use contractors. The faucet you were looking for is not a standard faucet, you mentioned to the service tech that your spouse was looking for a swan neck faucet that is not common and is not always available. Our CSR's are not service technicians and it was not advised at the time of booking that this kind of faucet that you were looking for. We do carry a lot of product but faucets like that are not standard so this would have been considered special ordered product. We do not guarantee times with customers as previous service calls can take longer then normal and that is why we provide a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arrival. Furnace repair
We had some moisture from the flue collar in our furnace that was causing the cabinet to rust. Tony was friendly, professional and prompt - he is a great communicator with excellent people skills. Tony discussed a few options and never tried to up-sell or instil worry. Knight will be my go-to moving forward - their knowledge, honesty and integrity are appreciated.

Knight has never let us down
Weve worked with Tony and George a few times. Theyre both skilled, knowledgeable, and its always a pleasure having them in our home. Weve never been letdown by Knight and look forward continuing dealing with them well into the future. Tony installed our air conditioner and conducted regular service on our property a few times, and George helped us choose a new furnace and came to our aid during the recent cold snap when things were not running at peak efficiency. Wed be happy working with either one the next time we need service or assistance.
