Made an evening appointment for my door to be painted but painter did not show up. He phoned me almost 2 hours later and explained that my appointment time was too late in the day to paint the door as he had to take it off, let it dry etc. So why was I allowed to make an appointment that late in the first place? Then, because I was angry at him he hung up on me! The electrician did show up and did a good job in installing the ceiling fan.

Defintely will not use this company! Contractor who came out to do quote was unprofessional including complaining about other customers he did work for, shared how he was chasing customers for payment, pulled out a sheet showing his investment /shares in a company and talked about his investment and money he made until I told him to stop. Never received his quote. Office staff sent a firm note asking why I didnt authorize to go ahead- when I advised quote was never received- Representative checked and replied back that they tried to send quote day prior but didnt have email address. When I advised how unprofessional contractor was received call from office. Provided details as to the onsite visit - advised I did not want contractor onsite again. Office staff advised they would find another contractor to work, do another site visit and do quote. Conversation was held 1/2 hour prior to their office closing for weekend. Representative she would would work and get back to me - no response. Must have so ,uch business that new business and customer service are not importnat. Definitely, moving on from this company - already wasted too much time for nothing.

Chad was very knowledgeable about the projects , was very fast and neat . He was on time each time . He never left a mess for me to clean . The price was competitive. He was very polite also . Would absolutely use his services again and would highly recommend his services to others .
