Nicolas did a great job painting the drywall in my garage. It was a a difficult job because the drywall was old and as we later found out extremely dry / discolored. It required several coats to cover the drywall. I appreciate his diligence and determination to get the paint to cover. It required an additional trip to the paint store and he found the right product to do the job. Thanks Nicolas

Hired handyman connections to remodel our main floor bathroom. Dean showed up and showed a lot of knowledge on the best approach to tackle the project. He was professional and accommodating to our ever changing requirements.

Had a problem with my bathroom faucet, so I called them, as I had a very good experience with Orville, their Handyman - very honest person and did a great job. But this time, a plumber was supposed to come to my house last October 26 at 5pm. He never came and never called. Left message with the company and they never got back to me. I called the next afternoon and the customer service woman told me she was trying to find out why he didn't come. So why didn't she call me with this information? I asked to have someone else, and Robert would come next Monday Nov 1, at 9am. Robert the Plumber, from Cochrane, arrived late and he never called to let me know he will be late. I live in the NW and there is hardly any traffic coming from Cochrane. What a disappointment. he was He told me he didn't know how long the job would take and he charged me $220 + GST. Robert the plumber, from Cochrane, told me he would also clean the drain pipe inside my sink. He took the pop-up with my hair coiled around it, since I blow dry my hair on top of the sink. Then the cleaning of the drain pipe was just to drain it with HOT WATER. Wow! What a disgrace!. He knew very well the whole job would only take him 20 minutes, but pretended to not know. He didn't charge me for the $1 part he included - as he told me it was worth $1. "How generous." It took him 20 minutes to fix the problem, and he knew that. He kept talking and talking, with his hands as well, to make the job last longer. But it took no more than 20 minutes. NEVER NEVER NEVER hire this company to do your plumbing. Orville yes, but Robert the plumber, from Cochrane, never ever.

The office kept in contact when weather went bad for the install day and made arrangements for another date, which I kinda anticipated. The installer put in long day to ensure two exterior doors were installed properly into less than ideal openings. Happy with the results.

I had two things to be done. Some of the wood laminate flooring had separated, and two elderly floor to ceiling closet doors wouldn’t stay in their tracks. Both jobs were completed well. In fact, parts were needed for the closet doors and the tech took care of it, driving 20 minutes to Lowes- above and beyond what he was contracted to do.

The new door was installed in a timely manner and on budget. The contractor was very personable and professional. The office personnel were extremely pleasant and kept us informed on the scheduling of the project.

Firstly Jerry put up a railing on my back deck steps on Aug 20 2020. Excellent job so nice and sturdy for a Senior. Then on Sept 9 2020 I was lucky enough to get him again to level and fix my front door and screen door. Also fixed my back door screen. Just getting ready for winter. Needed a few repairs to the fence, gate and house. Was given a quote and timeline for the repairs to be completed. Everything was done on time and the work done was excellent. Appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of all employees I interacted with. Also appreciate the adherence to social distancing and safety precautions such as wearing masks when worker arrived to provide the estimate. Will definitely use again.

Our assigned contractor was very friendly, communicative and helpful. He did a great job on a small project. He explained everything to us so we would understand the job fully and we will definitely use him for the second part of our job.

Andrew came over the first time to inspect what needs to be done, the job wasn't huge, a few wall dents and small bathroom fixes, he was very friendly and helped fix all the dents in addition showed us how to do it for any future small dents. I would recommend Andrew for any small or large jobs, very professional and friendly and would request him specifically for any future major or minor jobs in my home.
